Healthy Protein Ice Cream

This Protein Ice Cream Recipe with our Premium Aussie Protein that’s packed with Protein, Amino Acids, Lactose Free and Vegan Friendly. You won’t need an ice cream machine but you will need a blender or food processor.

Ingredients
1 Cup Premium Aussie Protein Chocolate or Vanilla
4 Egg Yolks beaten
2 Cups Soy Milk (warm)
2 Sweeteners
1 teaspoon plain flour
Method
Step 1:

Place the eggs yolks, sweeteners, and flour into a bowl than whisk the mixture together.

Step 2:

Heat the soy milk and slowly pour the warm soy milk into the mixture while continuing to beat/mix little bit at a time.

Step 3 (optional):

You can gently heat the mixture until it thickens if you’re having issues. But as seen in my video I was able to have it thicken up easily.

Step 4:

Let the mixture cool in the fridge for 3-4 hours.

Step 5:

Pour the mixture into a zip lock bag make sure it is big enough to evenly coat the entire bag. You want about 2cm thickness. Place in Freezer over night to freeze.

Step 6:

Remove from freezer and remove from zip lock bag. Slice into smaller squares placing them into a blender. Depending on blender you may need to do this part a bit at a time as my blender clogged up.

Step 7:

Place mixture into a freezer safe bowl, smooth and refreeze over night. The your Ice Cream will be ready for consumption tomorrow!
