We're currently 3 weeks out from the State Championships, I Compete Natural Body Building competition and we're coming in quite nicely with the shredding. We have been able to maintain a health diet consisting of high protein and low fats. I have been powering myself with my own Australian manufactured VALLONE supplements. After a number of months using the supplements their effects are quite apparent with some really good outcomes thus far.

With 3 weeks to go I have one week left of loose dieting where I am eating controlled portions and fats before I embark on one of the hardest journies completely removing carbs and by the final week solely eating Chicken breasts, Brocoli and brown rice and no sugars. This will completely dry my body weight out and I will lose another few kilos for the final finish. On show day I will be completely weakened and I have been told it will be quite difficult to function.

It has been a hard slog dropping from 94kgs to a whopping 76kgs while also building muscle where I was in deficite. Although I am not where I would like to be I have a good view of where I am and what I need to do for the next competition.

Stay tuned for the pictures of the tanning session as I will be getting a full body tan the day before to give it time to set and than a follow up the day of.

Over the past few days I have been practicing the Quarter Turns which is the initial stage the symitary stage where judges will rate contestents on who has the best ration across their body.

Good luck mate, You have show us a very interesting insite into the world of body building seems like the food control and intake is just as important as the lifting of weights.
We just finished watching the Arnold Schwarzenegger documentary on netflix which was super interesting as well.
