If you could remove one thing from your country's education system, what would it be?

I want to change the monotony of the education system of my country Bangladesh.

The National Education Policy in Bangladesh has primary, secondary, higher secondary and higher education (honours, masters) as levels of education. It is a normal and universal education system. People of Bangladesh continue their studies to the highest level under this education system. And only after completing all these levels a person is eligible to take any government job exam. Even then, only after fighting with lakhs of candidates, one gets appointed in the government job.

Not only this, all the previous classes books, job preparation guides, coaching, private, online classes and studying 10-12 hours a day for years and exams, just for a good quality government post.

So I think we can find other ways to simplify the education system by doing away with this traditional way of education.

Also if you replace it with something else, what will that be?

I would like to replace the technical education here with the conventional norms of my country's education system.

Technical education refers to an education that prepares students for specific industrial or professional engagements. This is life oriented education. To survive we have to do some work and if our life is built in the light of technical education then we don't have to pay dharna for government jobs.

Work-oriented education is provided through technical education so that after the completion of education students can work on their own initiative. They can arrange work for others besides becoming work-oriented themselves.

On the one hand unemployment in the country will be eliminated through job oriented education and universal education will be ensured. So I want to replace technical education with conventional education system in my country.

How do you try to reform the education system to better serve students?

Above all, I would like to say that teachers should ensure that teachers use motivational behavior with students.Because I know that people are the creation of the Creator, so make sure that a teacher aims to provide quality religious and moral education for the purpose of educating people in management or higher education. Starting from the age of 5 years in Bangladesh, all teachers value the time of each student.And to fulfill all the responsibilities of the educational institution accurately and efficiently through punctuality.Ensuring integration of all digital technology tools in educational institutions. Ensure students are aware of digital technology.To fulfill the goal of life and livelihood, to make collective agreement of teachers and students to enact the law of educational institutions and to uphold honestly and faithfully.

We have seen many times in government or private educational institutions.The endless pressure on the parents should be stopped immediately.Along with that, the shopkeepers are taking the price of books, notebooks, paper, pens etc.handicraft products at an endless price. These rules should also be discontinued.

Ensuring the recruitment of adequate, qualified and experienced teaching staff to ensure the correct and sound rules of the educational institution and ensure the proper education of the students.So that the students do not have to study separately outside.Students should decide what they will read from home.Number of students in classrooms Some number of students per teacher should be specified by the board controls in this regard should take strict action.We have to formulate clear and specific rules for the examination system of our country's education system.But teachers must inform the parents at least once before taking some important decisions. Many of us in Bangladesh cannot study due to lack of money.That is why there is a need for government control over the salary structure of private schools.
