We are proud.

We have a lot of people here who love and follow sports.
So let me present my country and our athletes.

That we are proud.
Serbia as a country with 6.8 million inhabitants.
We have produced some of the best athletes of today.

We are proud of them.
Especially after all the misfortunes that befell our region.
There is hope.
Effort and work pays off.
They are a special motivation for all of us from Serbia
That nothing is impossible, especially for the ,,heavenly people,, as they call us.

So let me start !

In Serbia, we mostly like football ( soccer ) but we have no medals.That's why we support Brazil or Argentina :)

This is wonderful news @markone85! This is awesome that your teams are playing so well. I am not a sports fanatic but love to hear about your sports teams doing so well. Does Nikola Jokic like horses better than basket ball? I just looked up Mark. He plays with the Denver Nuggets in the USA I think? I am a horse lover. So now I want to read about Nikola Jokic and his horses :) Thank you for mentioning this because you never know what will catch someones eye :) Barb :)

Could you be a horse racing champion?

  • To win some big races yes. That would be really cool. The emotions I have with horses and about horse racing are much greater than in racing. During the year, I do horses and ride, I'm close to them, but not as much as I do basketball. It's because of that. When you deal with something so much, your emotion decreases, and when you miss something, you want more.,,

Hello @markone85 It is so nice that Nikola Jokic loves horses.

I am glad he loves the horses with true love. Maybe he can help get better rights for horses everywhere especially in the USA where they send so many beautiful horses to slaughter to other countries. I sign petitions to stop this. A lot of rich people that with their race horses when they retire or don't make any profit for them. Maybe Nikola can help. He is a very good man.

It is amazing Jokic was picked to play on the US team. Nikola is very unique and special at basketball. This is amazing. Thank you for mentioning him. !BBH !CTP
