And we continue touring new coffee shops, always looking for the best cupping experiences, this time we found a coffee shop in the middle of the corridor of a shopping mall in Bogota, we spoke with the person who attended us, and told us that they are a coffee shop that buys its coffee from a distributor in Huila, a very coffee-growing area of the nation, The local is new, it has been around for about a month so I indicated that it is still in the process of growth and discovery with its new location, the truth is that I really liked to try this coffee it was a little strong so I felt hot right away and we ate some palmeritas that were served to us as accompaniments to the coffee.
This preparation was made with an industrial Espresso machine, which is the same one they use to create art beats for its power to cream the milk with steam, the truth is that yes, this extraction comes out quite strong, perfect when you want to stay alert and awake for a day a little demanding.
They sell a variety of desserts to go with it, the atmosphere is relaxed, you can work or chat with your friends while you enjoy your coffee, it is a nice and comfortable place to have a good time.
And as you know I love coffee (don't overdo it please) but enjoy those opportunities that are on the way to stop by a café and relax doing something you like.

EL AMOR POR EL CAFE Y SU MAGIA!
Y seguimos recorriendo nuevas cafeterías, en busca siempre de las mejores experiencias en catación, en esta oportunidad encontramos una cafetería en medio del pasillo de un centro comercial en Bogotá, hablamos con la persona que nos atendió, y nos comento que son una cafetería que compra su café a un distribuidor del Huila, una zona muy cafetera de la nación, el local es nuevo, lleva alrededor de un mes por lo que me indico que aun está en proceso de crecimiento y descubrimiento con su nuevo local, la verdad es que me gusto mucho probar este café estaba un poco fuerte por lo que sentí calor enseguida y nos hemos comido unas palmeritas que nos hicieron sirvieron de acompañantes al café.
Esta preparación la hicieron con una maquina industrial de Espresso, que es la misma que utilizan para crear arte late por su poder de cremar la leche con vapor, la verdad es que si, sale bastante fuerte esta extracción, perfecta cuando quieres mantenerte alerta y despierto para un día un poco exigente.
Venden una variedad de postres para acompañar, el ambiente es relajado, puedes trabajar o conversar con tus amigos mientras disfrutas de su café, es un lugar agradable, y cómodo para pasarla bien.
Y como ya saben amo el café (no se excedan en su uso por favor) pero disfruten eso si de esas oportunidades que están en el camino de pasar por un café y relajarse haciendo algo que les guste.
