Discovering a different city
Today was a day I wanted to stay home. With the kids in school, the peace of my home told me it was the best place to be. However, that's always what I do on my day off, so my conscience whispered in my ear, better to get dressed and go into town, you need a dose of different people and walk around other places.
And although pajamas were more comfortable, in a jump I got dressed, grabbed my purse and headed to Lomas de Zamora, which is one of the cities surrounding my residence on the outskirts.
When I got off the bus and started walking a little down one of the streets that would take me to the mall I like, I noticed there were so many picturesque things I hadn't noticed before, so I couldn't say if they're new or not, but I'm glad I saw and documented them on this impromptu walk.
The message "acá pasan cosas lindas" refers to a food place, but in my case, I took it as the change of scenery, I really felt a different vibe, and that led me to think that I need to make the radical change I proposed for this year.
This part of the city is much more elitist than its opposite side, although both are very commercial, the conservation of the streets, the presence of nature in trees placed strategically to provide shade, and the decoration of storefronts, make you feel as if you were in another place.
Part of this is the English telephone booth, which is actually for the security guard of the store that has the name you see in the windows.
I checked the movie theater schedule that is a few blocks from the train station, and although I don't have time to go, it's good to know what the offer is and keep in mind that it can be an entertainment option too.
And finally, on the adjoining boulevard, there is always an emblematic character to take pictures with. Last month I went out with my kids and we ran into Pennywise, this time who was walking around was none other than Messi with the world cup crown, but begging for tips! Haha
Definitely, despite not wanting to go, the outing was the best option of the day, and much more because I was without my kids, who at some point get naughty to say they're tired, they're hungry or thirsty, that even when they're walking, that if I'm lost, in short.
I'll try to make this a monthly habit, and of course I'll document everything to share it with you.

always cool to discover somewhere new and what a cool place with so many things of interest to see
Thanks for joining the Wednesday Walk :)
It was really an exercise in focusing on the things that we usually let go by without perceiving them as such.
Thank you because this community helped me to do this exercise of exploration.
Excellent that you do those walks and have another perspective of how those changes will be in your life friend, thank you for taking me to that place through your very nice pictures, I hope you continue exploring. Greetings beautiful🤗
I don't have time for many scans, but I set a goal to do at least one per month. It was a really fun thing to do, and the best part was spending time by myself.
