Comiendo helados artesanales en Menozzi/ Eating handmade ice cream at Menozzi
Alguna vez les ha pasado que salen con el objetivo de hacer algo y terminan haciendo lo contrario o en todo caso, unas diligencias extras que no tenían previstas? Pues justamente eso fue lo que me pasó en días recientes.
Luego de comprar algunas de las cosas faltantes para las clases de mis hijos, empecé a caminar por el boulevar cercano a casa, haciendo tiempo para volver al trabajo sin tener que pasar por casa, pues la verdad es que estando ahí, me cuesta volver a salir.
Así que luego de llegar a la esquina del lugar a donde fui de compras, vi al final de la vereda una nueva y vistosa heladería que llamaba mucho la atención, por lo que fui directo a ella, y la sorpresa fue más de lo que esperaba.
Un mesón largo que separaba el área de la caja del espacio en el que se encontraban dispuestos los envases contenedores, un panel enorme que ofrecía más de 30 sabores, y un par de chicas super serviciales que con paciencia esperaron por mi decisión.
Como estaban en promoción, opté por comprar 1/4 de helado en lugar de un simple cono. Al estar sin mi hijo menor que siempre opta por los sabores conocidos, decidí experimentar y lo pedí de caramelo, crema americana y oreo.
Pagué scaneando el QR de Mercado Pago, cosa que resulta super cómodo y práctico, y que por suerte está siendo adoptada por casi todos los negocios en Argentina.
Decidí comerlo en las mesas dispuestas fuera del local, pues aunque el día estaba soleado, no hacía calor. Y quizás pueda parecer un pensamiento bastante tonto, pero el hecho de estar disfrutando de un tiempo sola y sin necesidad de estar atendiendo algún asunto, me resultó una experiencia fantástica, sobre todo porque no pasa tan frecuente como me gustaría.
Con el tiempo justo, terminé mi helado y volví a mi segunda jornada laboral, pero con una energía extra, que de seguro pienso repetir con más frecuencia. Y aunque la salida inicial fuera para comprar bolígrafos, lo mejor que me pasó fue encontrar esta heladería en el camino de regreso.

So, after reaching the corner of the place where I did my shopping, I saw at the end of the sidewalk a new and colorful ice cream shop that caught my attention, so I went straight to it, and the surprise was more than I expected.
A long counter separating the checkout area from where the ice cream containers were arranged, a huge panel offering more than 30 flavors, and a couple of super helpful girls who patiently waited for my decision.
Since they were on promotion, I chose to buy 1/4 of ice cream instead of a simple cone. Being without my youngest son who always opts for familiar flavors, I decided to experiment and ordered caramel, American cream, and Oreo.
I paid by scanning the Mercado Pago QR code, which is super convenient and practical, and luckily is being adopted by almost all businesses in Argentina.
I decided to eat it at the tables set up outside the shop, because even though it was a sunny day, it wasn't hot. And it may seem like a silly thought, but the fact of enjoying some alone time without needing to attend to any business was a fantastic experience, especially because it doesn't happen as often as I would like.
With just enough time, I finished my ice cream and returned to my second work shift, but with extra energy, which I definitely plan to repeat more often. And even though the initial outing was to buy pens, the best thing that happened to me was finding this ice cream shop on the way back.

STOPSoy de los que piensan, que si vas a comer helado, deben ser sabores contundentes 😄. No entiendo, los que consumen de limón, naranja o fresas. Es por eso, que me gustaron los sabores que elegiste. Por otro lado, observo que sos muy emocional, ves un negocio y entras a gastar... Miiijaaaa. No quiero pensar, si pasas por una Sexshop o como se escriba 😁.

Noooo... Tampoco soy así, pero con los helados en un día de calor, es inevitable no entrar.
Ese día no había calor fuerte, pero estaba sola y pues hice la travesura de comerme un helado sin mis hijos al lado.
