Compartiendo en pareja: Una para alejar los males

Hahaha... Definitivamente, necesito una de esas, como aquel día, dónde la pasamos genial, para distraernos de la rutina y despejar la mente de tantas cosas...

Aquel día, veníamos de retirar los Kits de la Carrera de Gatorade Caracas Rock 2023, veníamos con todo, emocionados, feliz, diría yo, era mi primera carrera en la pista, para correr con los chicos de @hiverun y dar mi primer sabor en el asfalto... Iba por mi primera medalla en esta disciplina del running y él, como todo, me acompañó de principio a fin.

Hay veces estos momentos, nos hacen olvidar un poco la rutina, es un paso para dar y relajar la mente, el cuerpo y alegrar el espíritu.

Sí, aunque no creas, hay veces tiene muy buenos resultados, te olvidas de todo, dedicas esos minutos a saborear el momento y divertirte a lo máximo en pareja; pero sin exceso, todo en exceso es malo, porque si no te llevan cargado😜😜😜

De vez en cuando nos damos ese gustito, pero desde que estoy con esos males, las salidas con él, siempre han sido pospuestas, no quiero abusar de como me siento y cuando nos escapamos, lo hacemos moderado, una o dos y ya...

Es que no puedo negarme a tomar una bien fría y más sí está de novia😬😬😬

Hahaha... I definitely need one of those, like that day, where we had a great time, to distract us from the routine and clear our minds from so many things...

That day, we came from picking up the Gatorade Caracas Rock 2023 Race Kits, we came with everything, excited, happy, I would say, it was my first race on the track, to run with the guys from @hiverun and give my first taste on the asphalt... I was going for my first medal in this discipline of running and he, like everything else, accompanied me from start to finish.

Sometimes these moments make us forget a little routine, is a step to give and relax the mind, body and rejoice the spirit.

Yes, believe it or not, sometimes it has very good results, you forget about everything, you dedicate those minutes to savor the moment and have fun to the fullest as a couple; but without excess, everything in excess is bad, because if you do not take you loaded😜😜😜😜😜.

From time to time we give ourselves that treat, but since I am with these evils, the outings with him, have always been postponed, I do not want to abuse how I feel and when we escape, we do it moderate, one or two and already....
