I feel like the week was rather too slow, it took so long for it to finally be a Sunday hehehe! Hope you're all having a great weekend and don't think about it much that tomorrow is Monday 🙃

So I'm glad that two of my friends @divinejohn12 and @trustedtee are now on hive and will be able to benefit from this post, as well as others!

Oh this is already the 10th edition of the community spotlight series 😁, y'all are welcome here one more!

Today we have the honor of learning from another cool user, @bhattg! He's such a nice user, he creates interesting posts everyday and from this interview we learn a lot more about him. We will also get to enjoy his words of advice, and learn more about his interesting projects, including the guessing game initiative of his!

Sit back, keep reading and see for yourselves 🤗:

Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your journey within the Hive community?

20240330_221802.jpg

Bhattg: I am an ordinary person, I will be 30 years old in a few years and I belong to India. This country is famous for its heritage and cultural things and there are many places where you can visit. I live in the state of Uttarakhand (devbhoomi) of this country. It is also wonderful. Many people come here to see the beauty and want to stay here. I consider myself lucky that I was born here and I have the privilege of living my life here.

My journey in Hive started around 2018 when it was called steemit. To tell you the truth, the initial days were not that good because I did not know much about it at that time, but gradually when I started becoming a little active here, I started understanding things and it became easier. In the initial days, some people helped me a lot and for that, I sincerely thank all those people and all those communities who helped me a lot in the initial days. After Hard Fork happened (the birth of the hive ), things became much easier for me because I used to constantly follow some people in the block, whose help helped me a lot in understanding things and my journey became a little easier.

I would like to thank the terminal, Indiaunited and the city of neoxian members who helped me a lot in the starting days.

I see you're a moderator in the IndiaUnited community, can you tell us how you feel about your role and how it contributes to the growth of the community

20240330_221802.jpg

Bhattg: First of all, I would like to thank the admin of Indiaunited and the old moderator for considering me capable of making me the moderator of this community. The initial days were very difficult for me. To tell you the truth, I never expected that I would be able to achieve so much where I am now. But I believe that if you do something with all your heart and just keep working without worrying about any result, then gradually you start getting everything that you deserve or need. Although there is not that much engagement here, still it feels good that the account of our community is going on. It is not open only to the people of India, everyone can post here and in this community, every type of Post is welcomed. Yes, if the post is objectionable then it is a different matter. community link

I am very happy to tell you that just a few weeks ago we reached almost 500 members or community members, it is not such a big number but still it is very good for us. Slowly we are doing it and it is good to see that even random people are coming and posting here in the community I try to encourage the people who post there so that they stay here and it is good. Share content. I run a weekly contest here, which increases the engagement in the community a bit. The contest is quite simple, I will share its link here, all you have to do is dial a number and wait for a week. If you are lucky, you will get a contact. Can win a hive, an HBI and 100 Ecency points.

The Guessing Game Returns: Get Ready for Simple Thrills! #15

Your daily posts cover a variety of topics. What inspires your content creation process, and how do you ensure that your posts are informative and engaging for your audience?

20240330_221802.jpg

Bhattg: To tell you the truth, earlier I used to find it very difficult to post daily but now I have got used to it because the truth is that earlier I used to consume less content but when I became a curator (for a few projects), I became active in many communities or projects. Then I started reading people's content and kept increasing my knowledge, which helped me a lot in writing daily posts. Someone has told the truth that if you want to write something, then first you have to consume, you have to collect knowledge, and only then you will be able to become a good writer. I do not say that I am a good content creator, I just share what is in my mind through my content. I don't know whether my content is good or bad, people who read the content can tell better than me. But I feel much better by writing daily content. Sometimes I also get a chance to express my thoughts through posts, which I cannot share with everyone, but when I write here, my mind becomes much lighter.

I have become accustomed to posting every day, it has become a part of my life, perhaps this is the reason why I can post daily content and try to share such things that can help people. Nowadays, most of my posts are related to the contacts in which I participate, what happens is that I get a chance to explore myself and I also get to know the views of others. Talking about the audience, I have only a few friends who constantly encourage me. If I write something wrong in the content, they message me personally and ask me to improve it or how can improve the content. We discussed it and I liked it very much next time I try to keep those things in mind and make my content better.

As someone deeply engaged in various Hive communities, what do you believe are the most significant benefits these communities offer their members?

20240330_221802.jpg

Bhattg: I think the best thing about Hive is that there are different communities for everything and this is very important, by doing this people join different communities according to their interests and stay engaged there. If there were no communities, it would probably have been more difficult to filter different posts, but a lot of good things happen through this option. You can join different communities as per your choice and share your content there. If people like your content then they will definitely encourage you and as a result, you will remain there continuously and will also remain engaged.

See, if you are active in the communities then you will get benefits from it, maybe you will get a good role there in the community and if you are very active then people recognize you and this is a good thing because if you are active in different communities. You are active in any form, whether you do some curation work there or you read people's posts and give good comments there, it takes some time but gradually people start recognizing you and this is good for you. Is. This is a small effort to become popular and if your power is good then what can I say, you become popular even more quickly, I have seen this in communities. This question may differ from person to person because some people want votes in their posts and some people want engagement.

Could you share any memorable experiences or interactions you've had while moderating or participating in Hive communities?

20240330_221802.jpg

Bhattg: It will be very difficult to tell a particular experience but I want to share some moments of my early days when I used to be very active in Terminal Discord. There used to be a monthly contest (which is still ongoing, if I am not wrong😅) where you used to get hive power delegation, maybe for a month, in that you used to get just delegation, how many comments you make or how many posts you make when you are active, etc. etc. You used to get a first, second and third position at the based upon your engagement. In the initial days, hive power matters a lot and if you get delegation in the beginning then you get a little boost and you try to put out good content.

Maybe these are the small things that keep people here and help people stay motivated. I like this idea very much, so whenever a new user enters the hive, I send it to the terminal. Because a lot of information is available through the admins and moderators they are all very helpful. Although everyone is helpful on the hive, I have seen a different kind of environment which makes it very difficult for people to know everything in the initial days. Proves to be more helpful. That delegation was a great experience for me. I would say this because hive power is very important in the initial days.

Are there any upcoming projects or initiatives within the communities you're part of that you're particularly excited about?

20240330_221802.jpg

Bhattg: Although I am active in many communities and a lot is going on in every community it feels good to see it, right now there are no such plants but I will probably do some initiatives to onboard people. So let's see what happens, for now, this is all, rest let's see what happens.

What sort of posts do you love reading and engaging with?

20240330_221802.jpg

Bhattg: I enjoy reading posts related to finance or posts related to hive projects. Earlier I did not read them but perhaps with age, we change a bit. I like financial-related postings very much. They come and I read them with great interest and if I like the content, then I curate it, which is also important. If you like someone's content, then you motivate the next person so that he can do the same content. Recreate it and they also feel good that someone is liking their content.

What advice do you have for newbies looking to succeed on the hive?

20240330_221802.jpg

Bhattg: By the way, all the people who are joining you in Hive need someone to guide them and they are also very intelligent, they understand things very well on their own or it feels good to see them. Now many active curation projects help the new 20 a lot but the initial journey is very difficult, not everyone gets a guide but if you are not on the hive, then start with an introduction post and Try so that people can get as much information as possible about you. Then you join the communities according to your interest and post there. If you do not have RC to post then you can join the Discord server and ask for help in the communities. People will help you. We just try to share your content. Keep it original and do not spam. Even if you don't get votes in the initial days, don't be disappointed, be consistent and participate in as many contests as possible, this helps in your growth and you interact with a lot of interesting people, which makes your journey easier.

If you face any problem then ask questions, everyone is very helpful here. You can also ask questions to them in the comments of their posts or you can also talk to them in Discord. Patience and engagement are the key.

Any positive message you'd like to share with the hive community?

20240330_221802.jpg

Bhattg: If you are in Hive then you are in the right place, even if you have just joined. Yes, everything is not perfect here but still, together we can make it a better place and we are doing this as you I have been watching for the last four years how it is going and how Not every community are going to join you just be consistent and try to tell as many people as possible about the hive and promote the height and together we can make it a better place for all people. If you see new users then definitely guide them. Tell them that you may have faced difficulties in the initial days but you should make a smooth path for others. I just want to say this.

Thank you for giving me this opportunity, and a very special thanks to @thekittygirl mam for suggesting my name and @madilyn02 for the opportunity.

@bhattg is one of the most humble and kind person I have met online, not just on Hive. I was so lucky to meet him right at the start of my journey and he guided me a lot and answered some of my questions in the discord until he referred me to @theterminal (I was asking a bit too much questions...lol).

You were a complete stranger back then @bhattg bhai but now I feel like you are one of my brothers. (Remember how we confused some live listeners with our voices because they said we had similar voices...haha). It has been a journey. Thank you bhai.

Aapse jald hi milna ho bss yhi dua hai 🙏

And how about interviewing @incublus. He is amazing guy and plays important roles in different communities.

Just saw a Saitama face in cover and I knew it @bhattg bhai. He is like a synonym to HODL. Everytime I saw him on hive, he is engaged in one or other interesting things. Bro really wears a calm and composed attitude on his sleeves.
