That was a great video! I wanted to do something similar a long time ago (and I think that I have recorded the material), but I didn't publish it...
You are right on the point... To be a good leader you have to put people in the first place, and try to guide them, and teach them how to grow... And you are doing that great with your daily videos and with your daily emails!
