Battlefield Analysis

Let's look more specifically at the situation I had to face in this battle...

I immediately see the presence of Ferocity, but together with this combat mode there are also 2 other types, Shade of Grey and Heavy Hitters, it is above all the 1 ° among these 2 that captures my attention, the possibility of deploying Mercenary Monsters only in battle, completing the general picture is a total of 35 Mana and a choice limited to only 3 Elements, Life, Death and Dragon, for which I I quickly make up my mind and proceed immediately with the 1st selection, that of the Element, I trust in the strength of General Sloan, Evoker of the Life Element, and even more specifically I select these Cards for my training.. .

As the starting Monster, to adequately deal with the opposing firepower, I insert Alvar Legionnaire, his large supply of Lives and Armor can adequately slow down the speed of advancement of the opposing team and protect the cards behind him, he is also the only Monster in my lineup that doesn't have a ranged attack, that won't have the boost, in terms of hits, of General Sloan...

In 2nd position another great classic of my lineups, Venari Marksrat, this cute little mouse enjoys the hit boost generated by General Sloan, he will be able to launch some attacks with doubled strength, as well as always possessing the Martyr ability, which could be further useful for the continuation of the fight...

Another Monster with ranged attack for my 3rd position for this battle array, my choice falls on Gargoya Devil, a Card that already has a good starting strength, but which could act, in my opinion modest warning, a decisive role in this match, or at least I sincerely hope so...

I still have a few Mana at my disposal, I decide to invest them in one last Monster, Xenith Archer, if he can launch his attacks before dying in combat, my overall firepower will increase significantly, and now let's go and see some frames from this match...

Here is the situation immediately before the Monsters begin to unleash the power of their blows, the 25 Mana available do not allow the use of many Cards, so my opponent also chose 4 Monsters in total...

Avevo in mente di partecipare all'altro Grande Contest di Splinterlands, Social Media Challenge, veramente in altri tempi riuscirò senza grossi problemi a partecipare a tutti e due gli eccellenti Contest, ma ho dovuto cambiare la mia scelta nel Battle Magi Secrets, per difficoltà oggettive ad organizzare la mia partecipazione all'altro Contest, ragion per cui eccomi qua, pronto per questa nuova avventura, ma qual è l'oggetto di questo Contest per questa settimana?

Ferocity, una particolare modalità di combattimento che concede l'abilità Ferocity a tutti i Mostri presenti in battaglia, per cui occorre pensare bene prima di schierare una Carta con abilità Taunt, in quanto subirebbe danno doppio dall'attacco di qualsiasi Mostro avversario, sulla quale di questa indicazione vi allego un link di riferimento dove potete gustare un incontro che include questa tipologia di combattimento...

Analisi del campo di battaglia

Vediamo più nello specifico la situazione che ho dovuto affrontare in questa battaglia...

Vedo subito la presenza di Ferocity, ma insieme a questa modalità di combattimento ci sono pure altre 2 tipologie, Shade of Grey e Heavy Hitters, è soprattutto la 1° tra queste 2 che cattura la mia attenzione, la possibilità di schierare unicamente in battaglia Mostri Mercenari, completano il quadro generale una dotazione di 35 Mana complessivi e una scelta limitata a 3 soli Elementi, Vita, Morte e Drago, per cui faccio rapidamente mente locale e procedo immediatamente con la 1° selezione, quello dell'Elemento, confido sulla forza di General Sloan, Evocatore dell'Elemento Vita, e ancora più nello specifico seleziono queste Carte per la mia formazione...

Come Mostro di partenza, per fronteggiare adeguatamente la potenza di fuoco avversaria, inserisco Alvar Legionnaire, la sua grande dotazione di Vite e di Armature può rallentare adeguatamente la velocità di avanzamento della compagine avversa e proteggere le Carte retrostanti, è pure l'unico Mostro tra il mio schieramento che non ha l'attacco a distanza, che non avrà il potenziamento, a livello di colpi, di General Sloan...

In 2° posizione un altro grande classico dei miei schieramenti, Venari Marksrat, questo simpatico topolino gode del potenziamento di colpo generato da General Sloan, potrà sferrare alcuni attacchi con forza raddoppiata, oltre a possedere da sempre l'abilità Martyr, che potrebbe risultare ulteriormente utile per il prosieguo del combattimento...

Altro Mostro con attacco a distanza per la mia 3° posizione per questo schierato di battaglia, la mia scelta ricade su Gargoya Devil, una Carta che ha già una bella forza di partenza, ma che potrebbe recitare, a mio modesto avviso, un ruolo determinante in questa partita, o almeno lo spero vivamente...

Ho pochi Mana ancora a mia disposizione, decido di investirli in un ultimo Mostro, Xenith Archer, se potrà scagliare i suoi attacchi, prima di perire in combattimento, aumenterà e non di poco la mia potenza complessiva di fuoco, e adesso andiamo a vedere alcuni fotogrammi di questa partita...

Ecco la situazione immediatamente prima che i Mostri incomincino a scatenare la potenza dei loro colpi, i 25 Mana a disposizione non consentono di utilizzare molte Carte, per cui anche il mio avversario ha scelto 4 Mostri in tutto...
