Hey guys Happy Sunday to you all and I hope you are well. Today we are going to understand budgeting. Budgeting is all about managing finances. Everyone makes money by doing hard work and that is why implementing budgeting for hard-earned money is very important. You have to work to grow your business but if you are not doing budgeting then It will be not easy for you to become rich. There are people who manage everything with low salaries and on the other hand, there are people who have good salaries but still do not have any money left.
So you want to be a person who can implement budgeting and become a financially free person. So your first step is understanding your income and you have to include all your income from different sources. Let's say you are doing a job in any company as well as you are doing freelancing or earning rent. So calculate your average monthly income and this is your first step. When you complete this step the next step will be financial budgeting.
Even though you are earning good money in the end you feel bad for yourself because you feel that this earning is not enough which means you are facing financial management issues. The only solution is money management and this way you have to control your expenses, especially the useless expenses. Now when you start budgeting you have to create notes or if you can use the software then it will be better for you. Microsoft Office Excel is a good option for you.
Or just simply use pen and note. You can use the special notebook for this work. Start writing your expenses and at the end of the month check where you spend your money and which expenses are unnecessary. You can also use a special smartphone application for this. Try this for 3-4 months and collect the data because this way you will gonna learn many things in your personal budgeting. Financial budgeting is gonna help you to fulfill your goals. Goals like buying a house, car, shop, or investing in any project or business.
This way you can invest some money in these things which will make you rich sooner or later. I know many people spend more money on entertainment so you don't need to stop this completely because entertainment is also important but you can cut down the entertainment entertainment-related expenses. This way you will gonna save money and the final step would be investing that saved money in some solid investment plan so that you will get better return and passive income. Passive income is the shortcut to becoming rich because if you are a single person there is a limit to doing work to earn money.
You will earn money while you sleep with passive income ideas. I wanna suggest you invest in crypto, real estate, or stocks. Let's say you bought an extra house or shop and you are giving it on rent so here you are making extra money. This thin only possible when you learn financial budgeting.
