An Old, Wise, Strong, and Proud Lion.

Warmest greetings to all art lovers here. Once again, I'm here to share this piece of art with you.

The LeoFinance zealy quest requires that we show an of an old, strong, wise and proud lion.

In my opinion, an old, strong wise and proud lion is one that has produced generations of other great lions. Not only that, it has led its pride to hunt preys and have killed countless of them too. He is proud of the many feats he has achieved. Even though old, it is still fearless and commands respect in the jungle.

You know when a lion starts aging, it doesn't stress itself again. Other lions will hunt preys and bring back home for it to eat and equally spend time with it to learn from its wisdom bank.

So in this piece of art, I drew an old lion that is taking a stroll or walk in the jungle to exercise its weak bones.

Although it is old, it's strength still lies within, see how its steps are; calculated, strong and graceful. It doesn't need to run again. Being old doesn't stop it from doing a little walk around to know how the environment is and relieve its bones too. Who knows it might catch some preys too

Drawing the lion
I used a pen, pencil and an A4 paper.

• 1st Step
  I drew the face of the lion with all the features and the full long mane. That's the symbol of a mature and great lion.

• 2nd Step
  I drew the upper part of the body including the two front legs.

3rd Step
I completed it by drawing the lower part of the body, the two back legs and the tail.

• 4th Step
  I shaded the body with a pencil to give it a hair like body.

• 5th Step

To create a natural habitat for the lion, an environment with trees and grasses, I used a blue pen, red pen and pencil.
