POB Being POB... Again
The proofofbrain tribe has been smashing it since day one.
Apparently POB has been racing again, currently trading at $1.41 or approximately 2.4 HIVE/POB on Hive-Engine. I just logged in to my HIVE account and visited my LeoFinance wallet only to see that my POB stake is now worth $2,167. It sure feels like my decision to stack and stake all my rewards since day one is already paying off.
That's the best remedy if you're looking to completely transform your life through crypto. Stack, stake and forget them.
Which is exactly what I have been doing since day one, and it has worked for me so far.
I am now in a position to distribute ~ 3.5 POB per 100% upvote, which means that I am capable of giving out ~ $2.4 with a signle click to amazing members of the HIVE ecosystem contributing content and leaving thoughtful responses to my blog posts. All it takes is three seconds. And the best part is that I haven't invested a single dime in POB. I've earned all my 1,542 POB producing content and curating.
As sweet as it gets.
This goes to show that HIVE provides amazing opportunities to generate and accumulate wealth, and everything built on our powerful blockchain so far serves as evidence. POB has a special place in my heart due to its smart tokenomics; the fact that it combines characteristics of BTC and HIVE makes this a very interesting experiment.
Of course I took my chances and joined from the very beginning, and here I am now.
Look at that candle right there. I expect POB's USD value to decline a bit in the following hours, but I wouldn't mind that. The trend is obvious and it's been there since the very first days; we are only going up. The POB community has already attracted the attention of some of the most powerful users around, and I believe that this will soon be reflected on the price of the POB token.
We are getting there.
As a matter of fact, we are already witnessing the positive effect of all the hype around the POB tribe. What's even more important is the fact that there's no liquidity for those looking to buy up significant amounts of POB, so the token has the potential to keep climbing up as long as more and more people are willing to join the POB madness.
It all started out as an interesting experiment, but the POB family has been growing at a steady pace. The community's discord server is busier than ever, expanding and turning into a venue where crypto-oriented folks can exchange ideas regarding the future development of the project.
It is true that my POB stake is worth a lot more than my HIVE and LEO stakes. To be precise, it's worth more in terms of USD value than my HIVE and LEO tokens combined, but I'm not planning to sell any POB tokens for the time being. I love being able to give something back to all the wonderful users that support my work and drop by my blog to leave feedback, so I plan to keep stacking and staking all my rewards for now.
Building for the future.
The FOMO is too much to handle, so I can't hit that sell button. Of course I wouldn't blame anyone selling POB; after all, it's probably the right thing to do given the fact that it's been pumping for quite some time now. However, I'm in for the long haul, looking to build my platform here and grow my accounts for the next couple of years or so.
HIVE provides amazing opportunities to generate passive income, and POB is just another one of them. I heard that @proofofbrainio is already cooking fresh stuff for the POB project, and the fact that we have been racing like that from the very beginning makes me very bullish about the future of the project and the USD value of the POB token.
In my humble opinion, it's only a matter of time until we witness a massive surge in daily active users with the rate at which we have been growing lately. Don't say I didn't warn you.

That's the reason why PoB Token is doing great. Demand is getting higher and higher. It's the best time to create content and curate as much as you can so that you could stack more of them.
This tribe has a great future for sure and we can see an influx of users coming in very soon. It's going to get crazy then.
I sold a few tokens last week but then I regret it. It's going to get harder with each passing year to acquire these tokens. I have decided to not selling anything at all until I hit 5000 PoB Power. Let's see.
The Hype Is Real
Yup, there's a lot of hype around the POB project, and its small circulating supply makes it easy to pump. Let's wait and see!
I’d like to see Proof of Brain as the default setting for viewing posts. Too many people just slapping the #proofofbrain tag on all their posts.

It's a general tag. Value is subjective. I don't see any reason NOT to use it in all of your posts, whether made through PoB frontend or Leo Finance or Whatever as long as it's on Hive Blockchain.

i can online when it did that upward movement. i couldn't help but sell. then it up over 100% and then 200%. in just seconds. crazy. waiting for a pull back to around .40-.50 so I can buy back what I sold...

Yes, posts show up on the POB frontend as long as you use the ''proofofbrain'' tag, but posting through proofofbrain.io will get you better POB rewards ;)
Cool, thanks for the reply :). So it is similar to the NatMed.io. I know that posting through the .ios gives better rewards but somehow I like the convenience and style of the PeakD frontend. I might change that habit one day lol.

What is the difference besides gaining more POBs when posting there instead of PeakD? It's all a little bit confusing to me. There are so many snippets of information out there that it is hard for a crypto/tech/blockchain/wallet/financial newbie like me to dig through all of it.

Good one! I love it. Hive Engine trades are still a bit new to me. I went in one time to buy some Leo, but if I remember right, there was a link to go right to the exchange at the top of LeoFinance.
Someday I will get to your level of understanding and grab at all those lovely morsels inside the engine exchange.

There are many gems hiding in Hive-Engine, but the relatively low trading volumes make it hard to buy massive amounts without pumping a token. Maybe with time we will get many more active users on HIVE and this will change. For now it's a great tool if you're looking to turn your tribe rewards into HIVE.

I think it is high time I stopped selling and adding to my POB stake of 300. Also it is high time I starded posting and commenting via the POB front end. I will miss PeakD and all the various list I maintain, but I can always go there to do some Hive voting.
It has been a long time since I used a tribe is there a way to separate out the Hive vote from the POB vote? Set different sliders so to speak, to where I have a 35% standard POB vote, then a 8% Hive vote?
Nice, stacking and staking is always a good option. The only way to separate different tribe votes is to create alt accounts and delegate your stake to them, so you can use a different account for each tribe you want to stay active in.
