The Last Day of 2019! A Reflection and Look Ahead to 2020

So much has happened in this last decade. Some of it good, Some not so much.

The decade started with me earning a Masters Degree in Library and Information Science in May of 2000. I started a job as a Book Cataloger in the private sector right after that. It went well for the first couple of years I was really good at it and getting better. In fact at that particular time I had no thoughts of working for myself. Two years in and my bosses decided that I needed to supervise people. And that is where things went to hell in handcart so to speak. On January 5th of 2005 I got fired! There was a lot that went on in those last couple of years. Some of it my own fault because I was angry with the change in responsibilities. Guess what! Not everyone is cut out for management. Nor does everyone want to be a boss or supervisor.

The decade is ending with me having clarity about what I want to do. Affiliate Marketing! I want to share with people that college isn't for everyone and it is not the only path to a good future. Hind sight being 2020, I would have made very different choices. I went back to college to finish my Bachelor's degree and then a Masters Degree because that is what I thought I had to do to get a better job and make better money for a better future. When I started back in college in the mid 90s (Yup, last century), the Internet was just starting. Dial up and AOL, YIKES! Not many people even had computers in their homes. I hadn't even heard of Affiliate Marketing. So grateful to have this choice now! Want to share it with others.

Wishing everyone a Happy and Prosperous New Year!
