I was searching around for content to share today! I found this article: https://zenhabits.net/coming-back/
and thought it was pretty helpful! Truth time! I struggle with this all the time. Exercise is one of the habits I have to keep coming back to. Or should I say consistent exercise? In the last few days I have been going down and up the stairs in my apartment. We have 14 steps and I can go down and up 3 times in a row. Feeling the burn and pretty winded after 3 times in a row. But so far today I have gone down and up the steps 15 times.

It is all really about consistency and not giving up on yourself. Try not to break the chain but if you do don't beat yourself up and just start again.
