The Ingredients

The fundamental components of a pina colada without alcohol are:

  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple chunks without added sugar. You can also use a canned version of pineapple as well.
  • A full cup of ice
  • 3/4 cup of pineapple juice without sugar
  • unsweetened coconut milk, 3/4 cup
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons of optional brown sugar
  • slices of fresh pineapple as a garnish
Simply combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth to produce the drink. Put some pineapple wedges on top after pouring them into a glass.

The following advice will help you create the ideal non-alcoholic pina colada:
The following advice will help you create the ideal non-alcoholic pina colada:

  • The best pineapple is ripe and fresh.
  • You can use regular pineapple juice and a teaspoon of sugar if you don't have unsweetened pineapple juice.
  • Coconut milk can be substituted with cream of coconut, however since the cream of coconut is already sweetened, the sugar amount must be adjusted.
  • A scoop of ice cream can be added for a richer beverage.
  • Add some coconut rum for a more tropical flavor.
Enjoy your pina colada without alcohol!

Here is an old video of mine making a PinaColada which is non-alcoholic:

Why I love my non-alcoholic pina colada as my favorite summer drink

You may prefer non-alcoholic pina coladas as your favorite summer beverage for a number of reasons. To name a few:

  • It is wonderful and refreshing. Simply put, the flavor combination of pineapple and coconut is delicious.
  • It is ideal for warm weather. On a hot day, the cold, creamy texture is the ideal way to cool off.
  • It is simple to create. A blender and a few ingredients are all you need.
  • Kids will enjoy it. On a hot day, serving non-alcoholic pina coladas to the kids is a terrific way to keep them hydrated and entertained.
  • It's a holiday. Non-alcoholic pina coladas are the ideal beverage for any summer celebration due to their tropical flavors and garnishes.

If you're looking for a tasty, easy-to-make summer beverage, a non-alcoholic pina colada is the ideal option. Therefore, grab your components, combine them, and then enjoy!

Additional justifications for choosing a non-alcoholic pina colada as your preferred summer beverage include the following:

  • It's a terrific way to get your recommended daily allowance of fruit. Coconut milk is a wonderful supply of heart-healthy lipids, and pineapple is a good source of vitamin C.
  • It contains a few calories. A pina colada without alcohol normally contains 150 calories.
  • It is a drink free of gluten. You need not worry if you are intolerant to gluten when drinking non-alcoholic pina coladas.

So the next time you're searching for a great and hydrating summer beverage, pick up a non-alcoholic pina colada!

A special thanks to @mypathtofire for continually encouraging me to post my entry to this competition.

Hello @liquidocelotytt this looks very delicious and very healthy and yummy drink for sure. I would like this because I do not drink alcohol.

I wanted to ask you something about what I saw in the video. You had 2 packages of milk. Is that cows milk or creamed coconut milk? I do not see that in your recipe. Maybe you didn't mean to leave it out of the recipe. The milk you took from the packages looked thicker than cows milk.

Thank you and awesome job @liquidocelotytt! Very well done. Is that you son? Is the profile picture of your wife? I'm curious and don't mean to pry into privacy. Thank you.

Have a great rest of the week! Barb :) !BBH !CTP

I think this is normal milk and not coconut milk. I feel that you should use the coconut rum/milk which is inside the coconut that is the sequence I show when that guy smacks the coconut open to access that rum/milk of coconut.

Oh yes OK. That milk too inside the coconut. I think the stores sell this coconut milk also if a real coconut is not available. It is probably natural or organic coconut milk. Yes this would be the best but would also like something to make it thicker.

Yea, I can understand that coconut is a tropical fruit just like pineapple which is not available word wide and not available in cans even. There are some cans that provide coconut in small pieces but it is mixed with syrup always so like you rightly said you can opt for coconut milk which is sold separately in the form of boxes just like the traditional milk is sold. Regarding the thickness if you like it then fine but if not then you must use the blender smartly like use the following strategy:

  • make sure either to use small cubes of ice or smashed ice, today i smashed the ice by wrapping a cloth around it and hammering it with a wooden thick stick.
  • Whether real pineapple or the caned one make sure the pineapple is cut into small pieces before you put it in the blender.
  • Lastly make sure to use the blender as much as you can from slow speeds like 1 to maximum speed like 4 ranging to max 5 minutes not more cause the blender might get short circuit if used for a period of more than 5 minutes.

Thank you for the tips @liquidocelotytt on the coconut milk in boxes or cans, ice and pineapple. I do not like sugar added to anything in the packages. I will only add the spoonful's you recommend. !BBH !CTP

The problem with too much sugar in pineapple is that pineapple is already a very sweet fruit.
Doctors and researchers say after you google it that it helps in increase male sexual productivity to the maximum level and In real life I found some people using it for this purpose; these people told me they could bring babies into this world successfully after eating pineapples regularly.
Sugar is a dangerous product and some people claim it is a form of poison especially if the quantity is too high. You are absolutely right you should just use the quantity I mentioned in the ingredients or even lower it as you please but please do not think of adding more sugar than necessary as your health might get damaged.

Thanks for participating the #edtopic with your Pina Colada. It is a good job to use a sieve to ensure no bits of coconut get into the drink. I was not sure of your friends reaction when he was first drinking it, but then he seemed to enjoy it alot.

Later that day we made the stupid mistake of putting lots of coconut into the blender and the blender fried. Later I had to get it fixed via an electrician. But the blender has never been the same again and I think it has been more than 3 years now. Since this kind of blender is very expensive I think worth 50+ dollars we never bought a new one.

It is a good job to use a sieve to ensure no bits of coconut get into the drink.

I think you are spot on with this one.
