I live in Pakistan and over here there are three payment processing platforms that work that are alternatives to PayPal. These are Wise, Payoneer and Skrill. Wise and Payoneer are most used ones.
If you already have an existing PayPal account and are a visitor to Pakistan and some how you access your PayPal account from this region then your PayPal account will be instantly banned.
Some companies provide a special service which involves registering a company in USA, USA Bank account, USA VPS to access every thing related there, and a PayPal account. Usually all of these mentioned things costs round about 250 dollars. However there is a issue with this method as well. If you access your PayPal account from a non supported country like Pakistan via USA Vps which is also connected to your USA bank account and USA company every thing will work for a while however one day PayPal might ask you for your home utility bills and then if you fail to provide these documents for verification PayPal will instantly ban your PayPal account and you will loose access to all of your funds.

My advice for people wanting to create a PayPal account via non supported countries is very simple just simply do not go via this route as you might loose all your money inside your PayPal account and the risk is too much to bear.
Just go to PayPal alternative platforms like Wise or payoneer as these are the best and most reliable payment processing platforms. #GOSH
