Olá pessoal! Hoje além de falar do meu humilde Leo Power Up Day, vim falar também sobre o rebrand da LEO e sobre a proposta de nome que lancei nas threads no ultimo domingo.

Eu iria fazer esse post sobre o rebrand no domingo mesmo, porem acabei nao conseguindo finalizar a logo porque meu note deu problema e eu só tinha o Adobe Illustrator nele. Ainda não estou com o Illustrator, então vou ficar por enquanto devendo a logo mas vou fazer independente do nome ser escolhido ou não!

É claro que eu farei apenas para treino e sei que não foi solicitado uma nova logo. Mas espero que gostem do nome e possivelmente da logo e quem sabe não me contratam como designer da nova LEO.rs

Então vamos ao que interessa.

Um Oasis de conhecimento

Um oásis é a primeira alegoria que me vem a mente quando penso na Hive e principalmente em algumas comunidades dentro dela como a LEO. Um Oasis costuma não só ser um refúgio para aqueles necessitam, mas também um símbolo de esperança, renovação e crescimento. Assim tem sido a comunidade LEO crescendo e se ampliando mesmo com o sofrimento do mercado, trazendo novos usuários diariamente e conteúdos de qualidade em contraste com as dificuldades encontradas e a baixa qualidade de conteúdo das redes sociais em geral. Então ao pensar em um novo nome para a comunidade, antes de qualquer coisa isso me veio a mente!

Manutenção das conquistas

Por mais que um rebrand seja interessante e necessário, é preciso que as conquistas feitas até agora não se percam e que os OG da LEO sintam-se representados e aqueles que ouçam falar da nova marca se lembrem da LEO. Afinal, embora LeoFinance tenha se tornado pequeno de mais para o que a comunidade vem se tornando, todos nós que fazemos parte da historia já nos sentimos leões e mudar toda essa dinâmica não só seria trabalhoso como tiraria de muitos a sensação de pertencimento.

Seguindo essa linha de raciocínio comecei a pensar em acrônimos para L.E.O mantendo assim uma identidade essencial e ao mesmo tempo renovando todo o significado e razão de ser da comunidade. E depois de brincar por um bom tempo com as palavras cheguei a um que gostei e espero que vocês também gostem...

Lion Enlightned Oasis

O legal desse nome é que por si só ele pode significar coisas diferentes e ambas interessantes para a nova fase da comunidade. Sem contexto podemos ler e pensar em um Oasis Iluminado por Leões, ou pode ser lida como Oasis Iluminado do Leão e a única coisa que modifica o sentido da frase é o contexto, tornando esse nome muito poderoso.

O Acrônimo mantem a identidade mas mostra que o que antes tinha como objetivo apenas falar sobre finanças e afins agora é um Oasis fértil para todo tipo de conhecimento e tecnologias, um terreno de crescimento e com múltiplas possibilidades, cheio de vitalidade e oportunidades.

Sendo assim Lion Enlightned Oasis é um nome que não tem perfil limitante podendo crescer para todos os lados independente do rumo que tomar e ainda assim mantem a essência da LEO, não apenas por ser um acrônimo, mas também por demonstrar que continua aqui para ajudar aos leões envolvidos a crescer e obter conhecimento e boas oportunidades. Só que agora de forma bem mais ampla.

Meu LPUD

Dessa vez fiz Power Up de apenas 200 $LEO. A partir de agora deve ser a media de Power Up que farei mensalmente a não ser que algo mude no caminho.

Atualmente faço curadoria apenas da tag leofinance já que não tenho outros tokens de segunda camada voltados para curadoria na minha carteira e meu HP é totalmente delegado para contas de curadoria de outras comunidades como LEO, NEXO, Ecency e HiveBR. Sendo assim é importante manter o crescimento continuo do meu LP então não pretendo perder nenhum mês de LPUD nos proximos anos. Segue abaixo a foto do meu Leo Power Up...

Ainda mantenho uma quantidade razoavel de LEO que pretendo usar para os próximos LPUD.

Conclusão

Realmente gostei da ideia do rebrand e vejo cada vez um futuro mais brilhante para a LEO e continuo querendo fazer parte desse futuro ajudando sempre como puder e obviamente aproveitando o maximo de oportunidades possiveis, seja financeira ou de aprendizado e network ou até mesmo de criar novas amizades. This is how the LEO community has been growing and expanding even with the suffering of the market, bringing new users daily and quality content in contrast to the difficulties encountered and the low quality of content of social networks in general. So when thinking about a new name for the community, before anything else this came to mind!

Maintaining achievements

As much as a rebrand is interesting and necessary, it is necessary that the achievements made so far are not lost and that LEO OGs feel represented and those who hear about the new brand remember LEO. After all, although LeoFinance has become too small for what the community has become, all of us who are part of the history already feel like lions and changing this whole dynamic would not only be laborious but would take away from many the feeling of belonging.

Following this line of reasoning I started thinking about acronyms for L.E.O thus maintaining an essential identity and at the same time renewing all the meaning and raison d'être of the community. And after playing for a long time with the words I came up with one that I liked and I hope you like it too....

Lion Enlightned Oasis

The cool thing about this name is that by itself it can mean different things and both interesting for the new phase of the community. Without context we can read and think of a Lion Enlightened Oasis, or it can be read as Lion Enlightened Oasis and the only thing that changes the meaning of the phrase is the context, making this name very powerful.

The Acronym keeps the identity but shows that what was once meant only to talk about finance and the like is now a fertile Oasis for all kinds of knowledge and technologies, a land of growth and with multiple possibilities, full of vitality and opportunities.

Thus, Lion Enlightned Oasis is a name that has no limiting profile and can grow everywhere regardless of the direction it takes and still maintains the essence of LEO, not only because it is an acronym, but also because it demonstrates that it is still here to help the lions involved to grow and obtain knowledge and good opportunities. My LPUD

This time I made Power Up of only 200 $LEO. From now on it should be the average Power Up that I will do monthly unless something changes along the way.

Currently I curate only the leofinance tag since I have no other second tier tokens focused on curation in my wallet and my HP is fully delegated to curation accounts from other communities like LEO, NEXO, Ecency and HiveBR.
