Olá pessoal!!! Hoje é dia de Leo Power Up Day e esse é o segundo de 2024 e vamos seguindo com tudo atingindo nossa meta mensal! Além de falar sobre a meta que cumpri no mês de janeiro, vou falar sobre o que ta rolando dentro das minhas atividades e falar da pequena mudança na estratégia dos meus proximos LPUD já que tivemos GRANDES mudanças na dinâmica do token $LEO..

Então vamos ao que interessa!

Meu Power Up

Vou começar falando sobre o power up que fiz. Seguindo os planos o power up desse mês foi de 500LEO, embora tenha sido bem difícil por mais de 1 motivo consegui juntar os 500$LEO pra poder fazer meu power up que tinha sido planejado pra meta. Foi necessário comprar mais da metade dos $LEO para alcançar minha meta!

Comprei mais um mês de Premiun mantendo o Premiun ativo desde que lançou e agora com um incentivo maior ainda com os 22% de APR para premiuns que delegam HP e recebem em stake. Se mantive até agora é obvio que continuarei mantendo ativo no futuro já que cada vez aparecem mais vantagens. E não estou falando nem da curadoria pois nesse sentido tenho a sensação de que tive bem menos suporte do que no mês passado embora não possa reclamar já que tenho tido o suporte prometido para meu tier de stake e um pouco mais...

Se você acompanha as noticias da INLEO, e se você está lendo isso acredito que acompanhe, você já sabe sobre os 22% em cima do HP delegado para o leo.voter. Para ter esse APR suculento são necessárias 4 coisas. Primeira, delegar hp pra conta leo.voter; Segunda, ir no dashboard do seu perfil na inleo e clicar para receber recompensas de delegação em staked leo no lugar de leo liquido; Terceira, ser Premium; Quarta, não ter feito Power Down de LEO nos últimos meses.

Com esse APR suculento eu decidi mudar minha estratégia. Meu objetivo principal ao fazer power up de 500LEO todo LPUD é aumentar meu poder de influencia dentro da INLEO e alcançar o status líder da alcateia até o fim do ano, então não faz sentido manter minha recompensa liquida ganhando menos se minha pretensão é fazer power up de qualquer forma. Porem isso dificulta em muito a chegar na meta, já que tenho aumentado minha delegação pra INLEO exatamente porque quero facilitar a conseguir essa meta. Então agora a meta vai mudar para aumentar 500LP por mês e não fazer 500 de power up no LPUD assim vou continuar a participar dos próximos LPUD com uma boa quantidade, mas apenas para completar o que faltar dos 500 do mês anterior, dessa forma continuarei aumentando meu LP em 500 por mês como era o esperado inicialmente, mas no lugar de fazer tudo no LPUD vou receber o valor de recompensa de delegação em stake diretamente.

Com relação a esse pagamento, não recebo a alguns dias e tenho certeza que outros estão com o mesmo problema. Eu sei bem que o motivo é o HiveSQL estar fora do ar e certamente acredito que quando voltar os pagamentos serão retroativos então esse não é um problema. Porem gostaria de deixar um #feedback ao @leogrowth e a equipe INLEO com relação a isso. Nem todos os delegadores sabem do problema com o Hive SQL, alguns sequer sabem o que é HiveSQL ou entendem a relação entre ele e outros projetos. Seria interessante ter tido um anuncio explicando o motivo do atraso assim que ele foi identificado e as medidas que seriam tomadas pela equipe no retorno dele para deixar todos cientes. Para mim e outros que acompanham a novidade isso seria só mais um aviso do que já imaginamos, mas para novos usuários ou até mesmo alguns antigos menos informados, comunicação pode fazer toda a diferença na satisfação com o projeto e certamente daria menos trabalho a equipe de responder um a um que fosse reclamar que não estava recebendo. Mas lembrando que esse é apenas um feedback com intenção de ajudar a melhorar a satisfação de todos com a INLEO e não uma reclamação.

Conclusão

Esse foi mais um LPUD e 2024 mesmo no inicio promete ser um excelente ano pros projetos cripto com o BTC já quebrando sua máxima logo no inicio do ano, os ETFs e tudo mais. A meta mudou, mas o objetivo continua o mesmo, então seguimos em frente e com sucesso. A INLEO tem cada vez mais achado espaço pra crescer e evoluir e isso é ótimo! Estou ansioso pra ver o que ela reserva pra nós no futuro.

News, new goals and feedback

If you follow INLEO news, and if you're reading this I'm sure you do, you already know about the 22% on top of the HP delegated to leo.voter. To get that juicy APR you need 4 things. Firstly, you need to delegate HP to the leo.voter account; Secondly, you need to go to your inleo profile dashboard and click to receive delegation rewards in staked leo instead of liquid leo; Thirdly, you need to be Premium; Fourthly, you don't need to have Power Downed LEO in the last few months.

With this juicy APR I decided to change my strategy. My main goal in powering up 500LEO every LPUD is to increase my power of influence within INLEO and achieve pack leader status by the end of the year, so it doesn't make sense to maintain my net reward by earning less if my intention is to power up anyway. However, this makes it very difficult to reach the goal, since I have increased my delegation to INLEO precisely because I want to make it easier to achieve this goal. So now the goal will change to increasing 500LP per month and not doing 500 power ups in the LPUD so I will continue to participate in the next LPUD with a good amount, but only to complete what is missing from the 500 of the previous month, this way I will continue to increase my LP by 500 per month as was initially expected, but instead of doing everything in the LPUD I will receive the delegation reward value in stake directly.

Regarding this payment, I haven't received it for a few days and I'm sure others are having the same problem. I am well aware that the reason is that HiveSQL is down and I certainly believe that when it comes back the payments will be retroactive so this is not a problem. However, I would like to leave a #feedback to @leogrowth and the INLEO team regarding this. Not all delegators know about the problem with Hive SQL, some don't even know what HiveSQL is or understand the relationship between it and other projects. It would have been interesting to have had an announcement explaining the reason for the delay as soon as it was identified and the measures that would be taken by the team on its return to make everyone aware. For me and others who have been following the news, this would have been just another reminder of what we've already imagined, but for new users or even some older, less informed ones, communication can make all the difference to their satisfaction with the project and it would certainly have given the team less work to respond one by one to anyone who complained that they weren't receiving it. But remember that this is just feedback intended to help improve everyone's satisfaction with INLEO and not a complaint.

Conclusion

This was another LPUD and 2024, even at the beginning, promises to be an excellent year for crypto projects with BTC already breaking its high at the start of the year, ETFs and everything else. The goal has changed, but the objective remains the same, so we're moving forward with success. INLEO has increasingly found room to grow and evolve and that's great! I'm looking forward to seeing what it has in store for us in the future.
