A few years ago I was mostly running, 5-10km a day. Well, then I broke my leg and now my doctor advises against running. But now I walk, 3-4km a day.

I used to cycle a lot and I had a group of people. Everyone was so active so on weekends we used to ride cycle for 30-40 km in weekdays it was around 10km. Now this is not happening because some members moved to different cities and rest also lost the interest.
Now I just walk sometimes alone and sometimes with friends but it's been a long time when I ride cycle.

Does napping count as a sport? If so, I'm rockin' that almost on the daily!

Mostly walking for me, the doggo keeps me active, plus some games of lawn bowls! Great for us youngsters to keep fit!

I checked out the new sloth.buzz. It looks great in the ecency colors. It's definitely an upgrade in respect to the old he version. I will gladly use the tag in the future.

We'll be shifting away from the ecency colours, but keeping the open source code and building upon it. We love the 'new' sloth.buzz, it really does open the door to so many more possibilities. Massive props to the ecency team, for not only building a great platform but also allowing others to utilise their code. This is the true web3 future we're all looking for!

If you want have a short look into my actifit reports. I'm playing beachvolleyball in summer at least every second day. In spring and autumn depending ob the weather at least once a week. In winter I'm playing volleyball twice a week in the gym.
It sounds like I'm addicted to this sport and yes I have to say I am

Volleyball is a great sport and it's definitely a nice thing to be addicted too. I played a lot of volleyball during my studies. I enjoyed it a lot :-)

I am mostly doing cycling this summer and late in the evening when it is cooler. Last night I went very late as there was a lovely cool breeze to enjoy. Luckily where I am is very flat, so cycling is a pleasure, im not so keen on cycling uphill. lol

You should come to switzerland and we could do some hill climbing together. It's fun as well :-). Cycling is really a nice sport unfortunately I had to cut back because of my back problems.

I like to walk a lot as well. Whenever possible I walk instead of taking the car. For the retired sportspeople it's the best way of keeping active ;-)

I haven't done any sports for the last 4 years. Before, I often took part in running events, especially for 10k upto 22k. Could not take full marathon due to my tore plantar

Half marathons are pretty intensive. I also never managed to run a full marathon. The longest I did was a mountain race over 38 km. It felt like dying that day :-)

Fast walking is a also a kind of sports. Whenever I walk with my father in law I feel like doing a lot of exercices while trying to keep up with him lol

I try to go for a run every now and than. But it's really fluctuating, I can have weeks where I run twice followed by weeks in which I don't run at all. Besides that I try to use my bike as much as possible :D

I used to jog,run and 15 minutes robe skipping.

But now, I only walk both far and near distance 😂
Hopefully I will go back to robe skipping.

No, not really. Too hot most of the year for outdoor sports (for me anyhow). Pickleball is apparently very popular here currently, which is a variation on Tennis more or less.

In hot climates it's definitely more difficult to exercice. I have the example here it's 35° for several days and I'm sweating without moving. I couldn't imagine doing sports :-)

When I was young I used to play basketball, but due to a knee injury I couldn't practice it anymore, now I try to walk 2 to 3 kilometers at least three times a week.

I am getting too old to play competitive sports. However, during the past year I have taken up disc golf. I'm not very good, but I have fun and it gets me out of the house and walking around. I have even got a couple of portable "holes" I can set up in my front yard to practice my throws.

I mostly just walk each morning. Although I am a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and used to get exercise that way.

Oh that's impressive. Tae Kwon Do is pretty intense. My daughters best friend is doing this sport at an international level in poomsae.

One of the wonderful aspects of participating in team sports is the camaraderie it fosters. It makes exercise less monotonous and, as a result, you're less likely to give up on it 😁

I used to go for a long run everyday with some weight training. Then covid came and I slacked off entirely and haven't really been able to get back into my regular groove since then. 🤣 I'm still trying to get back into that mindset, but my exercising is intermittent at best.

I do some sports every week, at least I try to. My favorite sports activity is bouldering and sportsclimbing. Both are very strenous on the joints and tendons, hence I am collecting quite a few smaller injuries over the course of the year. Mostly shoulder joints and a lot of pain. But anyways I really love to do the climbing sports.

I'm always impressed by people doing bouldering or climbing. You need so much strength in the fingers and the arms. I've tried it when I was at uni but my fingers are too weak :-)

I stayed a long time without exercising and ended up becoming very sedentary, for health reasons I had to start going to the gym, I don't like it, but I can't run away from it 😂, I've been doing it for about 6 months. Sports I don't practice any 😟.

It's always difficult at the beginning but over time we get used to it and in a couple of months, you will kind of need the gym :-)

I've been going heavy on my gym for this year, and also doing a somewhat cutting diet. I've lost about 4kg during the year while earning 6-7kg of muscle, so my shape is 10x better than before :D

ahhh I forgot to reply to the post... is there still time to participate? If so, I've played a lot of football, but nowadays I don't play any sport.

Sometimes I go into the pool and swim in it, doing a little exercise, but in general, it's very little that I do kkk, I think I've become sedentary.
