Crypto Based E-Payment Would Solve Wage Management Issues Very Easily

We are living in a technology developed post modern society where chances are that,what used to be a hard process to follow and pursue in our daily activities, the use of the tools and systems available to us have been changed with the advent of those instruments. Smart ideas from time to time have "facilitated" the growth of trade and commerce that it is very easy to replace the old #transactions and cash flow circulating in the conventional economy.

Looking at the already available options and the thrive of the latent tech tools, I am very much hopeful that the troubles we used to have in our daily activities, necessary yet arduous tasks to operate in business schemes, ideas of market manipulation and filling up the financial needs each one of the entity deserves to have. Now that we have the #digital currency notes which have systematically developed the needs of a secure transactions which in case of traditional bank notes, that dealing with currencies were pretty tough and used to create problems in labour market.

I have seen by myself going to the business farms and the work yard where employees had "objections" and resentment towards the net wage that they used to have. Sometimes paper notes had problems that created #market devaluation, the chances of bribery and corruption, making a serious mismanagement in the context of "wage distribution". But, what if the corporate or business farm employees had a " crypto account ", supported with web3 ideas?

The solution would have been such precise and perfect that all the mismanagement and labour complaint would have been solved within just one step. I do believe that in #engineering field there used to be a policy which focuses on the leverage principle. That would practically analyzes applying a short term effort on the perfect spot can have increased " result "in the end. Well, in order to solve their own problems it can be a best option that nobody would get chance to point questions.

Thinking from a CEO's perspective of a private organisations, with 4000 employees working on the company to make sure the company could stay ahead in the market. After getting the net revenue he has to provide the " wages " to the employees who are holding their specific position with salary specification grades. But, sometimes those supervisors who are in the assigned duty to provide the wages mismanage the amount and even bank accounts have questions too!

As the reality says that the government are in the opposite of granting the fair access to crypto payment and having full access to market flow since that would create an "increased pressure" on the conventional currency notes. Central banks have failed certain types to hold on to manage #inflation and the rise of #interest slowdown. But the economists have fairly mixed reviews towards the idea.
But what I think #private and non -governmental entities can still adopt the use of #web3 #monetary system management. Even employees payment can be conducted, at least I would have adopted the such measures knowing that monetary #transactions and "P2P" are easy and companies can have larger advantage using the technical system.

I hope there would be implementation of my idea and solving current problems with depth application of the technology. Better days are yet to come for sure.

Yes, I hope the transition happens too fast, because so many employees have indignation to the system they are paid with. But, here is what when there is alternative, a smart move to take for crypto - then adopting the lucrative value from it would be a wise option.
