Nutrition is such a great part on any health journey. Diet is not beneficial but more of a consciousness and lifestyle change that can survive even if some days are complicated.

Finding organic food has become difficult in this over-processed era, but not impossible. Keep it up, growing old is not an option, but how we do it is.
