We never can tell what tomorrow holds

In this life, everything we do we have to do it with the mindset of what if it will be the last thing we will do before our time ends. Everybody have plans, some have plans for 50 years to come but we can predict what will happen next.

A man was diagnosed with a terminal disease and have just a week left to use, he was hospitalized and was taken care of. His children used to visit him from time to time so he wasn't lonely.

One of his children went to visit his wen he was coming back from work, when the man saw him dressed up he asked him where he was coming from and he replied that he was coming from work.

The man reply "work"?, how long did the doctor said I have left and his son said it's just a week. He now said "Just a week, this life is too short. What have I been doing all this while when I said I'm living, I was working, looking for money, fighting for position and now I have just a week to live. What did I gain in all this futile fight have been fighting all this while, what did I left for my children because I know once I left you all will be fighting over the property I used my whole life to built. This life is unfair, I wish I can protest that I'm not ready to die yet" he said.

The man lamented but there is nothing he can do about it, he was saying this because he knows he doesn't have much time left, He tried to set things right but it's kind of too late. He didn't do what he has to do when the time is right but trying to do it at the late hour.

When he sees that it is late already he started crying and his child could not hold his tear either. He now told his son never to take his life for granted, he was like that because he knows the end time is near, what if it come unannounced, you don't expect the time you have used to come back so do whatever you have to do when are still hale and healthy so that you won't regret it later.

It is a lesson to learn, most people take life for granted and never make a better use of it which they regret later in their future. Always be mindful of your actions because it is what will turn to history later and what you do is what people will talk about when you are no more.
