That should be enough- Let splurge a little on dinner

Hello everyone, how are you all doing, I hope you are all enjoying your weekend. This is my first post in this community and I'm happy to be part of this amazing community.

Pertaining to the question asked, if I happen to have a little money I want to splurge, I won't go for pizza or street food and at the same time, I wouldn't want to stress myself and I will just order for what have been craving for for a while now and that is chicken and chips with ice cream to chill with it.

Even since I gave birth I've been on don't eat this, don't eat that for the sake of your baby. I was restricted from taken some things and anything Ice in particular in order not to affect my baby with cold but with all the precaution he still catch cold at some point.

So now that I'm no longer breastfeeding, I think I can eat whatever I want without thinking of it affecting my baby or not, I just have to enjoy myself while it last. Little enjoyment wouldn't hurt right.

I can actually prepare chicken and chips and order for ice cream but at the same time, I don't want to go through the stress of preparing it and it will be more costly to prepare than to just buy it. To buy chicken and chips does not cost much actually, I can get chicken and chips at $4.97 and ice cream at $2.16 and it is a go. That should be enough for me and my family, we can have it for a dinner on Sunday.

It is not easy to be restricted from eating some things. And my country in particular, they like to exaggerrate and escalate things a lot. If they told you not to do something and you did and later, something happen which is somehow related to what you did they will start saying you caused it and that is why I refrain myself from eating anything cold or sugary thing but now I think I'm free to enjoy myself.

Thanks for checking on my blog and have a wonderful day

I understand the pain and restrictions that comes with childbirth and my mum often gives herself a nice threat after the breast feeding period.

Its a good choice to decide not go cook it yourself so you can relax and enjoy.
Well done and goodluck with the challenge

If I tried to prepare it, I might lost my appetite on the way and that is why I wanted to settle for ordering. Thanks for stopping by I really appreciate.

Food restrictions aren't much fun.

Is it actually cheaper to purchase the chicken and chips to take out than making it yourself?

Sounds like a yummy meal either way.

Thanks for joining the discussion. Appreciate it :)

You are welcome, food restriction is like a punishment but I have to endure it for my baby

I'm not entirely sure that food restrictions are as necessary as you might think during pregnancy. However, I'll stay quiet on that as it's not my place to say on medical matters.

Glad you sent in a post for the week. Hopefully you join next week.
