IAAC DAY #512 // Try To Leave A Good Legacy

Remember that this life is a vanity, just remember that whatever you have you will leave everything one day because you must die. It is not something to be contemplating on, death is a must for everybody so try and live the moment you have in a good way. Live a good life so that people will have something good to talk about when you are gone.

People will discuss your right and wrong when you lay dead on the floor, things they can not say when you are still alive because that is the only privilege they have, they will talk about the things you have done both bad and good. Some might be true and some might be false but what can you do, you can not defend yourself again because you can talk no more. No man will live forever but people will show their love for you more when you are there no more, some will defend you while some will bad-mouth you, some will lay down their lives just to protect your dignity but the legacy you leave will live forever.

Thanks to @flaxz for the initiative of #iamalivechalleng.

It is important to remember that life is fleeting and that eventually we will give up everything we have.
Death is inevitable for everyone, so it is crucial to live in the moment as best we can.
Living a meaningful life allows us to leave a positive legacy for others.

🩺Today's Medical/Health TitBit🩺

Aerobic exercise Vs Anaerobic exercise

Both aerobic exercise, also known as aerobic training (AT), and anaerobic exercise, also known as resistance training (RT), have significant health benefits. However, there are some differences between them. If the goal is to control or prevent metabolic syndrome, which includes obesity, diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, etc., aerobic exercise has been proven to be more beneficial than anaerobic training.

Example of AT: Walking, jogging, running, cycling, treadmill, stair climbing, aerobic dancing, swimming, etc.

Example of RT: Weight lifting, strength training, sprinting at very fast speed, etc.

You can find a detailed description of these differences in this article
