How I make my crunchy chin-chin

Hello everyone and happy weekend to you all, I hope you are enjoying your Sunday with your loved ones.

Today being Sunday, I have plan to rest after coming back from market but when I came brttac we wask I decided to make the chin chin that I have been planning to make for some days now.

The ingredients

Flour
baking powder
nutmeg
sugar
salt
butter
egg
water

How to make it
I sieve the flour in a bow, and then sieve the baking powder and the nutmeg.

After that I add sugar to it and mix all the dry ingredients together.

After that I add the margarine to it, I mixed the flour and the margarine together with my hand thoroughly till it's well combine and have a crumbly substance.

Then I added my eggs to it and mixed it together, I added a little water to it and mixed it together thoroughly till it give me smooth, non stick dough.

After the thorough mixing, I get my chopping board and the rolling stick. I sprinkle some flour on it and drop the dough on it.

I rolled out the dough smoothly, it is not too thick or too thin, it is in a moderate shape. o cut the dough vertically and then dice it into smaller sizes.

The dough is ready to be fry, I then put the frying pot of oil on medium heat while it's getting hot for trying.

I put the cut dough in already hot oil for frying. I stir it thoroughly in order for them to fry evenly.

I wait till it turn to Golden brown and scoop it out of the oil when it is ready, now the chin chin is ready to be eating.

The beauty of chin-chin in all rounds.
This could be amazing with watching a kdrama, eating it alongside.
Weldon dear, you did it.
Is really not easy to make chin-chin especially in cutting and frying it.
