MCGI - THANKSGIVING SERVICE FOR 09/12/2023

Thank God for a successful thanksgiving service today I was actually blessed with the words, which was used to teaches us how to have self control over what we do even in what we eat as much as other, hence as much was taught to us based in the insight of the scripture will I explain here, zIs my pleasure to be part of today's gathering.

According to Proverb 23:6-7 this let us understand that not actually everyone who is generous in giving and helping is righteous, therefore some deep inside them they are canal, and not rooted in the spirit with God, hence this verse was after differentiating the the real generous people that has an open mind with those that is generous but actually filled with evil mind along side with their selfish interest.

Hence having the understanding and differentiating the them from the good is crucial, Roman 14:29 tell us that we should be sensitive and and has respect with our fellow as much, we are expected to refrain from the act to deceive other through our actions and our characters, hence by doing what what could mislead other is regarded as sin, hence is own obligation to be upright in all we are doing, which could be a lesson for others to learn from.

Let understand that Christ is the end of the law of God as we dwell richly in righteousness, hence the book of Roman 10:4 explained this to us as Jesus fulfilled the law by doing all it takes to be righteous which is possible with faith in God, so shall we Christian adopt such way of life in other to be in line with word and doctrine of God.

Christians, this is more of an advice that we should diligence in all we are doing as much as refraining from idleness which is advice from God, as Matthew 20:6 tells us to be more serious in utilizing our time and every opportunity that comes across our way. Hence in 1 Thessalonians 5:8 tell us that we ought to be of faith, love and have hope in God as we keep to the necessary principles, hence it is also necessary we protect ourselves both physically and spiritually.

So therefore 1 peter 5:8 encouraged every Christians to be vigilant spiritual, in order to be strong, hence this verse went ahead to encourage us to be sober, be watchful over our the devil who roar around the world looking for who to devour as the lion do, hence is necessary we embrace Christ and with his spiritual doctrine in order to strong to overcome devil and his temptations. Hence let's understand that this teaching is to guide us with the principle of being righteousness, alongside having respect to our fellow brethrens, hence being diligent and spiritually inclined is very important and necessary in every Christian Life.
