2 Corinthians 11:7, Hebrew 7:9, Hebrew 7:5, Hebrew 7:12, and Hebrew 7:23–24.

It is once again my pleasure to be part of the teaching from Brother Eli Soriano, who has made a clearer explanation over the caption of this post that says, "Is it biblical for Christians to pay tithe?" Due to the dispute people have on this, is the reason we Christians have to learn and build up our faith all together.

In reference to this caption, the gospel of Christ has to be free, and there is no payment whatsoever attached to it, hence the word of God is made by God in the efficiency to be free to all men who really understand and believe in it, so brethren, this is one thing we should not fail to understand in the first place.

Across 2 Corinthians 11:7, let us understand some important facts that relate to the essence of having humility over what we do. As the Apostle Paul did with humility in accepting the financial support for the Corithians church without pride, even as he was the leader, he was still loyal and had respect for the gospel, which is to be preached freely without abusing the authority over making mandatory requests.

According to the book of Hebrew 7:9 let us understand that tithing is an obligation observed and retain during the time of Abraham and Melchizedek, hence according this verse let us understand that tithing is actually paid to the Levi which is a obligation observed through Abraham to Melchizedek, hence the important thing to understand here that tithing is an obligation observed in the old testament which are main to assist the Levi then.

Furthermore, one other lesson from this scripture has to let us understand the importance of honoring the spiritual authority and keeping to the divine ordinations, which can be seen as principles we ought to keep and observe, so Hebrews 7:5 came to let us understand that the tithe then was main for the Levi only in the old testament as the priesthood, but in the new testament, Jesus has come to be the priesthood today and forever.

So therefore, the book of Hebrew 3:1–3 let us understand that the laws have changed along with Jesus being the priesthood over the Levi, who are main to be the collector of the tithe, which is according to the law in the old testament, but today and forever, Jesus is the law and priesthood we need to look upon by spreading the gospel freely without being paid off, as Hebrew 6:12 just said, which signifies a change in the established law in the old testament.

So it is very important that we understand that there is a transition in the law, which Jesus has come to deliver, free, and establish himself as the priesthood we have to look upon, which shows that there is a change from the old testament to the new testament patterning to tithing and other laws, as Hebrew 7:12 lets us under this ia insignificant change that a lot are ignorant of.

So brethren, let us understand that Jesus is the unchangeable priesthood that reigns forever, as Hebrew 7:23–24 made it clear to our notice, declaring Jesus as the permanent priesthood, which contrasts it from the temporary hood of the Levites. Hence, it is very important for every believer to understand what tithing is all about.
