First time on LEO POWER UP

Greetings, people!

Yes, it's a surprise to most of you reading this that a one-year-old user on the block chain is just doing his first leo powerup today. Well, I'm not ashamed, and I'm not proud, because I've been on a rough ride with the frontend, which I'll hit on in one of these days to get favorable feedbacks.

I've heard so much, I've read so much about people's leo power up, and I get amazed at such deliberate growth. I've longed to be like them, but I keep skipping, procrastinating, and seeing no reason why I should join; after all, I don't have a reasonable amount of Leo in my wallet.

But recently, I decided to get serious with stacking up Leo so I could join in the power-up, but hey, the frontend kept fighting against my plan... Gosh! I'm coming up with an article on that.

Through threads (which is the only thing my phone can do on the frontend), I was able to get up to 50Leo, and I decided to make use of it to join the power-up because it's just lying useless and I'm not ready to withdraw. It's not even worth a reasonable, withdrawable amount.

Before joining the power-up, I had 72.98 Leo. I thought of using just 50 as the benchmark for power up, as it's stated in the new instruction for power up, but no, I used all; I cleared the account to aim at getting up to 50 LEO before next month's power up.

So after the power-up, I was left with 0.789 Leo, which is as good as zero for a start-up.

I've seen people celebrate hitting 5,000 Leo on their staked account (power up), and it has always baffled me. Funny enough, these people say they earned their Leo by publishing articles and threads... I've tested threads, and it's good; hopefully, the frontend will allow me to publish articles.

Yeah, I know the benefits of powering up Leo.

Well, it's true that some people earn Leo token through threads and long content post but then majority of us buy the tokens to be able to meet up with target and when we get enough, it will be easy then to generate good amount of Leo token from curation rewards and author rewards.

Yeah, I know you like avoiding that as much as you can but I think you should really consider it once in a while especially when the market is favorable for buying.
