When You Reach A Goal On Your Walk...

January 1st, 2023....A few of us in the Kingdom Discord got together and decided we would start the year by committing to read through the entire bible.

From Genesis to Revelation. Start to finish.

Now here's my situation....

I had 'read' the bible before, but never the entire thing. A bit here and there, focusing on certain books. But never the entire thing from start to finish. So this challenge that we started, was of special interest to yours truly!

I have always wanted to read the entire bible but for whatever reason, I never got around to it. Let's be honest, it was me just being lazy. So along comes January 1st....

359 days!

(The reading plan we did ran a few days shorter than a full year!)

So I dug in and began...

Eat This Book!

The reading plan we did went through the entire bible and Psalms about 1.5 times as well.

And here we are, on Christmas day!

This is a little bit of a victory for me.

Not that I wasn't in Scripture every day in the past...But because it was something I committed to, and saw through.

I wanted to make sure I got through the entire bible this year, to start t seriously deep dive into Scripture in 2024. We are planning on reading the a chronological reading plan with the Kingdom group this year, starting in a week from today!

And look what else I got :)

I love getting badges lol

But now I want to earn it again :)

So that's the plan starting on January 1st, 2024. We are going to read through the bible again but this time, chronologically.
