Β  Β  Β This is a picture of my mom's food that she made for lunch. It is healthy and tasty. I don't like to eat black mushrooms but when my mom put it in this one I like it.

Nicely done, kids! That dish sure looks tasty. Trust your mom when she serves you food, it must be nice and she doesn't want you to miss out on the great stuff. Don't be afraid to try. :)

Your mum always makes yummy foods your lucky to have a mum that is a good cook and it's always good to try everything ones either you like it or not but if you do not try you never know 😊

Learning with our children the world of food flavors, textures, color and the sensation they cause in us is a process of work in family. Sometimes we want our children to have good eating habits when we do not have them ourselves, hence the importance of activities such as preparing food together and enjoying a balanced diet.
