My Friend Carroll's Birthday | Cumpleaños de mi Amiga Carroll

January was wonderful, besides going up to the fair, we also celebrated the birthday of my friend @wonderme, who recently arrived from an incredible trip and had many stories to tell me.
Her birthday was January 25th and I went to her house early in the morning, as her mom invited me to a special lunch prepared by her. That is why I am sharing the pictures of the meal. It was a chicken cordon bleu with mushrooms, which by the way, was divine, accompanied by some baked potatoes and a salad of lettuce, mango, cherry tomatoes and dressing. After lunch, we moved on to dessert, her grandmother had prepared a delicious quesillo, which we tasted immediately, it was delicious too.
Then my friend and I talked for a long time in the living room about her experiences in Europe. Later another friend arrived with her boyfriend and we started drinking a summer red wine and shared a table of delicious snacks.
Finally, we sang birthday songs and shared the cake, which by the way was divine, because it was soft and had peanuts (I love peanuts). We had a great time and enjoyed the day.

Enero estuvo maravilloso, además de subir a la feria, también celebramos el cumpleaños de mi amiga @wonderme, quien llego recientemente de un viaje increible y tenía muchas historias por contarme.
Su cumpleaños fue el 25 de enero y fui desde temprano a su casa, ya que su mamá me invito a un almuerzo especial preparado por ella. Por eso comparto las fotos de la comida. Fue un cordon bleu de pollo con champiñones, que por cierto, estaba divino, acompañado de unas papitas horneadas y una ensalada de lechuga, mango, tomates Cherry y aderezo. Luego de almorzar, pasamos al postre, su abuelita le había preparado un rico quesillo, el cual degustamos de inmediato, estaba divino también.
Luego mi amiga y yo, nos quedamos conversando un buen rato en la sala, sobre sus experiencias en Europa. Más tarde llego otra amiga con su novio y empezamos a tomar un tinto de verano y compartimos una mesa de pasapalos / snacks deliciosos.
Por último, cantamos cumpleaños y compartimos la torta, que por cierto estaba divina, porque estaba suavecita y tenía maní (me encanta). La pasamos increible y disfrutamos bastante este día.
