EARLY ADOPTERS: Were you late to the BTC party? Altcoins Are just getting started

Getting involved with Cryptocurrency 12 years after its existence can make people feel as if they are late to the party.

I'd feel that way sometimes even after reading numerous articles about how I'm still an early adopter. The population of crypto users kinda proves that it's still an early ride but l just can't stop imagining how things would have been if l got involved with this a bit earlier. I guess, thinking of those that are yet to adopt Crypto will always be a consolatory thing for me -or not?

Whatever the case may be, the major challenge for me, a branded early adopter, and for any individual that is yet to embrace Crypto is kinda the same. For me, l know what I've missed and l can't stop myself from painting mental pictures of a hundred "what ifs". Those that are yet to believe will soon get to see all that they've already missed out.

It's obvious that we can't effortlessly buy 20000 BTC neither can we get an Airdrop of 10000 BTC. We'd have to pay $1000 to get 0.028 BTC at the current Market value. That's it for our glorified early adoption.

Well, well, well. Did you see that?

It was all about Crypto and then, l started referring to BTC as if it's the only Crypto out there.

That's how a lot of people see Crypto and all it entails. Most of those that are uninformed about this think of BTC as the only Crypto in existence. Its market value is there for everyone to see and l can assure you that many people get psychologically drained whenever they imagine that all their life savings do not amount to 0.5 BTC.

Thinking of the volume of BTC they can get with every penny in their bank account makes them to feel as if they have been wasting their time in denial.

No doubt, anyone that gets a cumulative 36% Gross return over 12 years from a time deposit in a financial institution will always feel good about it. Guess how dumb they would feel when they know what their counterparts have been able to make by buying BTC at that same time -I don't want to imagine that.

Now you know! You can imagine how it feels to be late to the party. That's how l feel and l can't deny it.

On the other hand, l have to applaud me for embracing this Cryptoverse albeit my being late to the BTC party.

I can't say anything about ETH blockchain. It was the first blockchain l embraced when l got into Crypto, but we've already severed ties. I will tell you this for free, a token built on ETH blockchain messed up my expectations and their gas fee hurts my feeling every time l think of it.

Well, in the midst of all this, l will like to give special regards to ALTCOINS.

I may not be able to boast of being an early adopter of BTC but I'm pretty sure that I'm an early adopter of some other Crypto projects.

Just so you know, this is not meant to serve as BTC shilling. BTC is already a model in this Cryptoverse. Could it be a shilling of altcoins?

Let's take this as me, talking to myself about what l missed and what l stand to gain in the future.
