New Year, New Opportunities In My Hive Journey | Beginning With HIVE POWER UP DAY, January 1, 2024
2024 HIVE POWER GOAL: 25,000.000
My financial performance all year was due primarily to content creation, curation, and investment in Hive projects and Communities.
I accomplished a few goals in 2023. As a reward to myself, I powered up each month as much as I earned in content rewards. Some of the projects I invest in are Community based that yield daily, weekly, or monthly liquid Hive as dividends and/or tokens. For example:
- delegated hive power and tokens to Communities;
- leased Hive power to members;
- participated in @combination weekly drawings for the charity it manages, @papilloncharity.
- delegated hive power and LEO tokens to InLeo
- delegated to various curation accounts; and
- added to my liquidity pool positions.
One approach I had in mind last year was to continue to increase my account in Hive power. That way, I could assist other Hive members with support in their Hive journey. Wondering why you should power up your Hive account? Just a few of the benefits are described below:

- More curation rewards when you vote on other bloggers' posts;
- More resource credits to perform transactions on the Hive Blockchain.

My total activity for December was a 392.125 increase in Hive Power. This performance was lower than my November rewards.

I had a successful 2023 with meeting two of my Hive Power goals. My activities in the Saturday Savers Club helped me achieve my goals with the help of supportive members.
