Visiting The Toy Collectors Fair in downtown Lima
Hello dear friends of this beautiful community of HIVE, I hope you are well. This time I want to share with you my weekend experience which was this past Sunday visiting the toy collector's fair. As soon as I arrived I was impressed with the great variety of items including stuffed animals, action figures, cards and other souviners from different franchises such as Dragon Ball, Pokémon, Marvel, DC, also movies and series from the 80s and 90s, a little bit of everything for all tastes both for children and adults. Every stall I stopped to look at took me back to my childhood, because every object in the whole place reminded me of when I used to play with those cards or action figures that entertained me for hours, among my favourites were the Ninja Turtles, retro video games, etc. What I also liked about being there is noticing that parents who went with their children to visit the place, is how they teach them how to appreciate the same cartoons they grew up with. This fair is open and admission is free to the general public every weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) except when they include events with special guests or shows there is a small fee, everything is set up in a large area that works as a garage, it is like a kind of flea market in the centre of Lima which is the city where I live.
While it is known that connoisseurs and lovers of collectible toys visit these places, the most popular person is my fellow Peruvian Jorge Luis Vasquez Flores or simply Jorge De Pegaso as he is known through social networks, he is well known for having a Guinness record, as he has the largest collection of Saint Seiya (The Knights Of The Zodiac) in the world, with more than 13,000 original pieces, valued at $ 90,000.

Wow! I think if my son goes there oh no he might be confused about what to buy because there are so many things there lovely to look at. It's enjoyable also to look over this stuff right there. Such a wonderful weekend experience it is. God bless

Greetings friend, that place looks wonderful with all those relics and each of the collections, which will be a great fortune. It's also great that they do that type of event and that people can go and enjoy it and have a fun and different time. Hopefully one day I can attend one of those and document every second.
