Vision, Attitude & The Future
Warning in advance....This post will be as big of a fanboy / shill piece of content that you may have read today! But when you are finished reading, I think you will see what I see when it comes to $LEO
O.K., let's talk about the elephant in the room....
There's been issues with Threads as the Hive nodes have been throttling things back because of bandwidth issues. This has hurt the performance and all around user experience for this platform over the past few weeks.
Now if I was side line watching and new to the blockchain, I would be worried. I mean, part of the whole reason I believe people stop using this blockchain in the first place is because it's kind of confusing for new members. If they have a bad experience on top of that, it's goodnight Irene.
But if you have been paying attention to what Khal and the LEO team have been building here not only during the past few months but for years on chain...You are o.k. with the bumps in the road.
Why?
Vision!
People laugh when I say that $HIVE is going to 10 bucks and $LEO won't be far behind. The reason for that is 'the tech'...? Not really, sure that's cool and all, and once smart contracts get here it'll open the flood gates. But you know me....I'm all about the people here!
The social layers on this blockchain are unparalleled in crypto. And the foundations have been getting built throughout this bear market. Remember, everyone 'magically shows up' on chain when the bulls are back...So expect a flood of new members soon!
This is a different beast in #web3 and the only time in my career online where I have seen people ACTUALLY wanting to get advertised to.
Why is that?
Because of the vision for LEO and the 'leo ad' platform! When this first contract gets paid and users that stake LEO start genrating income for holding this token...Expect some FOMO lol
But you see, that's where attitude comes in...
The wrong attitude is:
This stuff doesn't work
The price of the token goes nowhere
There's no smart contracts
The whales run it all
The right attitude is:
LEO Node is coming!
LEO Ads will pay out soon!
LEO team is ALWAYS working on things.
And there is so much more to be positive about. But sadly, most people have zero patience in crypto or pretty much anything for that matter lol
We lack the vision and attitude to see the future. We are so worried about today, we never think about tomorrow. But you see, that's what being a pioneer and tastemaker is all about.
And if you have spent anytime on this blockchain and believe that it's got potential, guess what.....That describes you.
Pioneers....Tastemakers...Creators...Entrepreneurs!
And I know, we've heard it all before. Wen moon?
I think our patience will pay off, all it takes is one look at the group of individuals working hard each and every day around these parts...You can't help but be bullish for the long term!

I always use the example of the launch of SPS...We all knew it was coming, so smart people grabbed as many GFL's as they could. Same thing here on LEO...>We all know leo ads is coming, plus so much more. FOMO will hit hard lolol

We have achieved a lot on Hive. Imagine dogecoin community is still trying to break in those 10 cents barrier and they wake up everyday and say dogecoin to the moon. Hive needs just use case and people who use it. Even VSC's simple tool to convert SATS to HIVE from fountainapp could make a difference. I have heard a lot of things that it could do. Use case is the new future for hive.
There is a lot being developed for sure. It's easy to listen to the noise and get discouraged...But we've all part of something truly remarkable here.

It's so true. Nothing even remotely close to what we have here!
The team has been working on that LEO node for a while but I am also wondering when that will be ready. I think they mentioned that node back when threads was starting up. Either way, I am glad they are at least working on a solution.
Before the weekend started, Khal mentioned it would be days and then it should be ready. I expect it this week. But you never know lol
But when it's launched, it's game on!
I'm more with the right attitude but I have to say that a little caution doesn't hurt either.
What I agree with 100% is that nowadays people do not have any patience.
Depends on the situation too. For me, I'm all in. I have no problem going all in because I know Hive and I know LEO. But for sure, if you are trying to get into a different project, chain...Be sure, do your home work!
I'm also all in for vision and the right attitude. There's a lot of development going on and it's just a matter of time before things really take off. Better to look at the bright sight while building towards that desired outcome :)

Attitude is everything , which is why I won't be surprised with Hive and Leofinance progress overtime because the pioneers have always had the right vision and attitude to making the ecosystem thrive effortlessly.
These projects werent built in the bull markets. They have been built in and through 2 bears!

I love the positive thinking, but I'm a believe-it-when-I-see-it person when it comes to things like this. Hive is still the best Web3 platform there is, and I'm confident that more people will onboard once the bull market hits, but I also believe a lot of those will be token chasers. They'll show up to catch the rising tide, but when the tide goes out they'll go out with it.
Oh absolutely! The token chasers will always show up when things rise...But they also represent the numbers we need. The more the merrier!
Yeah, I suspect some of them will try Hive and like it enough to stick around. But I think the majority will show up, do nothing (or very little), and cash out at the pinnacle of the bull market. It happened with Steemit. When I joined, STEEM was at $1.87 (or thereabouts) and declining. I was happy to just be earning something for my writing, and I was. But there were people selling off because it started out over $3. History repeats itself.
Also, I feel the attitude we put towards this platform matters a lot. I’m just glad that most of us are positive about it!
