Foodies Bee Hive

Happy hump day, Hive friends! And fellow foodies!💕💕💕

It has been a crazy ride - this whole gym "thing" with my workmates. It is our third week of showing up and we are more than glad we took the first step of enrolling in the gym!

We feel lighter and more positive in the workplace. Two weeks before, going to the gym seemed like a chore. Now - we are excited whenever it's 5:30pm as that means "gym time"!

Indeed it feels so good to have daily cardio and core exercises. My body is now healthier - I can feel it.🙏 I hope to be consistent at showing up at the gym every day.

After our gym session today, my workmates and I decided to eat a very light dinner - no rice, no noodles, only fruits and lots of fiber.

I then suggested we go to "Cooee" as it was near our office and I also loved their yogurt and smoothies bowls! 😍 I got Strawberry yogurt bowl, Ben had the Peach Mango Yogurt, and Jyl ordered the Choco Loco Smoothie Bowl. Everything was YUMMMYYYY!!!❤️❤️❤️ We will surely visit this place more often for our healthy cravings!🥰
