Not being able to sleep most definitely pushes one over the edge quickly, finding the right way to deal with it on a personal level along with medical assistance I hope this becomes a thing of the past for you.

So not being able to sleep is terrible and is one of the things that can quickly lead you to fall into a state of anxiety and a lot of stress because you can't find a solution to the problem. Greetings and congratulations excellent topic ☺️
