(no space) to get help on Hive. InfoThank you, Joan! It is well said that we are what we eat. I think people in general often lack information about how to eat well, and since we are children we acquire unhealthy habits. But it is better to change them late than never. In the long run, as you say it should help us to age in better health conditions.
I appreciate you stopping by to comment, have a great week. 🤗

(no space) to get help on Hive. InfoModern living has gone full circle, now people will start to hopefully learn to eat more balanced and not always from the stores where chemicals are prevalent.
I wash any store bought vegetables, fruit and meat in rough salt mix with cold water for at least 10 minutes before using. Something taught when young, people handling kills germs, not sure any method in the madness !LOLZ

Hehe! I didn't know about washing vegetables and meat with coarse salt, I use a little vinegar for some things like green vegetables and chicken. But the truth is that today we consume a lot of chemicals without even realizing it.
We consume a lot of chemicals totally unaware of how much is contaminated, that is a definite.
