En realidad hace algún tiempo que vengo mal de ánimo, y tiene que ver en la situación que estamos viendo en el país, esto es lo que termino por desequilibrarme emocionalmente. No sé cómo hacen ustedes para lidiar con estas cosas, pero yo acostumbro salir a caminar para pensar y aclarar mi mente, algo muy saludable para desestresar mi cuerpo y no terminar con una ¨depresión¨

Actually, I have been in a bad mood for some time, and it has to do with the situation we are seeing in the country, this is what ended up making me emotionally unbalanced. I don't know how you deal with these things, but I usually go for a walk to think and clear my mind, something very healthy to de-stress my body and not end up with "depression".

Soo many older Australians are getting fleeced these days by phone and online scammers too.
It gives me the shits that that are so many dodgy people out there and it's only getting worse.
But I'm glad that you went out for a walk to get some fresh air to clear your head and you got some gorgeous shots too!
