Sucede que mis ¨hernias¨ de ¨discos¨ al parecer se han desacomodado, el dolor del ¨nervio¨¨ciático¨ es insoportable y no puedo estar sentado, mientras que el desvió de la ¨cervicales¨ me causan mareo y vomito, hace más de 24 hs que no como ya que todo lo que llevo a la boca lo vomito, incluso los medicamentos- Por eso les quiero pedir disculpas a todos los apasionados de los hongos y a nuestro amigo @ewkaw por creo que será imposible visitar otros posts y comentar. Hoy nos enteramos que a cien metros de mi casa todas las casas de la cuadra tinen a una persona insfestada con dengue, esto se esta ponindo viral, ademas, hay un rebrote de covid, estan diciendo que si esto continua asi, antes de marzo vamos a tener un nuevo encierro

Sorry to hear about your pain and sickness. It sounds very serious. I have had sciatica pain in the past, it was really bad for couple weeks, but waiting time for physio sessions was so long, that I cured it myself by yoga stretches 😉
I did happen to hear your post, and I loved the mushroom you found.
Yes, the sciatic nerve is very painful, I had also adjusted it with Yoga exercises, but it is evident that it has become unsettled.
