El clima esta siendo hostil con esta zona del mundo, vientos huracanados han dejado ciudades destrozadas y provincias bajos agua a causa de la crecida de los ríos. This fungus is scientifically known as ¨Psilocybe¨ ¨cubensis¨: but in this area of the world we know it as ¨cucumelo¨ and other people simply call them ¨manure mushrooms¨. It has a fairly long "stem" in proportion to its small "cap", and as you can see in the shots, its "gills" are dark. May this small mushroom not cause you sympathy, and you may want to take it home, given that it is "hallucinogenic".

Lovely mushroom photos, @jlufer! It's so interesting that multiple species of at least two genera of entheogenic mushrooms grow in the manure of various animals. I know the species that you photographed well, as around here many people cultivate it. We have another entheogenic species, from another related genus, that grows in cow, horse, and goat manure around here. They are very distinctive in appearance.
