Esta semana tuvimos la oportunidad de salir y visitar el casco histórico de la ciudad, allí se encuentran las construcciones más antiguas, que a pesar de ser viejas, nunca dejan de asombrar la exquisitez con las que fueron construidas, algo que nos gusta observar los apasionados por los diseños en las construcciones

How are those who are passionate about ¨architecture¨ and ¨design¨; Happy to be able to share other images of the buildings of my city in this wonderful ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨: What I like about this community is that people know how to appreciate the photographs that architecturally represent my city. This week we had the opportunity to go out and visit the historic center of the city, there are the oldest constructions, which despite being old, never cease to amaze the exquisiteness with which they were built, something that we fans like to observe. by the designs in the constructions
En cada post no dejo de mencionar a los inmigrantes que llegaron a ¨Corrientes¨, y dejaron sus huellas en el levantamiento de la ciudad; Que dependiendo del tipo de construcción, la forma de sus fachadas, los estilos de molduras, las figuras, incluso en sus abertura y errajes, podemos determinar el origen del ¨arquitecto¨ de la construcción. Estos pequeños toques, es lo que hace hermosa y nos gustan de las edificaciones, nos encanta su presencia y la historia que podrían contar si las edificaciones hablaran. Estas combinaciones de estilos son lo que hace interesante para los apasionados de la arquitectura.
In each post I keep mentioning the immigrants who came to ¨Corrientes¨, and left their traces in the uprising of the city; That depending on the type of construction, the shape of its facades, the styles of moldings, the figures, even in their openings and errajes, we can conclude the origin of the “architect” of the construction. These little touches are what makes it beautiful and we like buildings, we love their presence and the story they could tell if buildings spoke. These combinations of styles are what makes it interesting for those who are passionate about architecture.
En materia de afección la ciudad esta complicada, en esta zona del ¨mundo¨ continuamos con los ¨encierros¨ para minimizar los impactos de esta afección. Esta semana por suerte pudimos salir de casa y llevar a nuestra nieta a la ciudad a dar un paseo, y aprovechamos para tomar estas fotografías. Hoy les quiero dar a conocer dos realidades que está sucediendo en la ciudad

Muchas de estas construcciones están en pie hace más de 400 años, gran parte de ellas han tenido mantenimiento a través de los años, otras no tuvieron la misma suerte y están deterioradas; La calidad con la que fueron construidas es las que los mantienen en pie. Muchas de estas viejas casonas fueron de personas inmigrantes sin familiar en el país, que quedaron abandonas al momento de fallecer, algunas de ellas fueron tomada por organismos del gobierno y las restauraron, otras fueron usurpada y se convirtieron en inquilinatos; De allí la falta de mantenimiento y restauración

Mientras tomábamos estas fotografías fuimos confundidos con ¨funcionarios¨ ¨municipales¨, varios inquilinos del inmueble nos reclamaron la falta de restauración del edificio, y la peligrosidad en que estaban las instalaciones, en algunas imágenes podemos ver cómo fueron calzados con algunos durmiente para evitar que se venga abajo. La ciudad está con un plan de recuperación de estas viejas construcciones, pero son tantas que no hacen a tiempo a reconstruirlas a todas, además, la situación económica de la Provincia no es del toda buena, y hay otras prioridades a la hora de invertir el dinero de la ciudad

Otros inmuebles tuvieron más suerte y fueron adquiridos por empresa privadas; Como es el caso de esta edificación. Este edificio fue adquirido por una empresa que organiza ¨eventos¨¨sociales¨. Esta vieja construcción paso por una restauración total, incluso el frente consiguió algunos apliques distintivos, en el interior se hizo un gran trabajo de mampostería, devolviendo el glamor a la época de su construcción

These are the two realities of the old buildings in my city, those that were restored and dazzle us with their beauty, and those that wait for a restoration in danger of falling to the ground. Muy feliz al saber que mis imágenes fueron de tu agrado, tus palabras son muy motivadoras, lo aprecio de todo corazón. Nuestra ciudad es una de las menores recursos el pais, todo lo que hacemos nos cuesta mucho mas que otras provincias, aun así, se destinan fondo para este tipo de recuperación, además de pavimentación y construcción de viviendas en los barrios aledaños al centro de la ciudad.
