Confusion when identifying the fungus for the challenge (¨FungiFriday¨)

Que genial que hayamos llegado al viernes, día en que visito a mis amigos de esta genial ¨FungiFridayCommunity¨:  y darles a conocer algunas tomas ideales para el desafío de nuestro amigo @ewkaw ¨FungiFridayContest¨:  una iniciativa que disfruto mucho al participar, dado que puedo ampliar mis conocimientos sobre esta maravilloso mundo

Ha llegado la lluvia en esta zona del mundo, el calor que estaba haciendo ya era insoportable, por suerte el clima decidió apiadarse de nosotros. Como todos sabemos, la lluvia es una bendición no solo para acondicionar el clima, también es bueno para las plantas, y excelente para el desarrollo de los hongos. Me puse muy feliz al ver este hongo, ya que es la primera vez que lo veo; al principio pensé que se trataba de un hongo conocido como ¨Psilocybe¨ ¨cubensis¨:  pero al acercarme lo descarte por completo, ya que este hongo se está desarrollando sobre la superficie de madera, en cambio el que yo identifique necesita del ¨estiércol¨ para crecer

The rain has arrived in this area of the world, the heat it was already unbearable, luckily the weather decided to take pity on us. As we all know, rain is a blessing not only for conditioning the climate, it is also good for plants, and excellent for the development of fungi. I was very happy to see this mushroom, since it is the first time I have seen it; At first I thought it was a fungus known as ¨Psilocybe¨ ¨cubensis¨:  but when I got closer I ruled it out completely, since this fungus is developing on the wooden surface, on the other hand, the one I identified needs "manure" to grow


Para identificar al hongo recurrí a la web, y mi ¨herramienta favorita¨:  identifico el nombre del género ¨Psilocybe¨:  pero tengo mis dudas que sea la identificación correcta, porque está identificando a un hongo del mismo género que les mencione anteriormente

Como no estaba seguro sobre que superficie se desarrollaba el hongo, me acerque y con mucho cuidado tome el tronco con las manos, hacer esto en medio del bosque es muy peligroso, dado que debajo de los troncos no sabemos con qué peligro nos podemos encontrar. Ahora que tengo el tronco en las manos me atrevería decir que es un tipo de hongo llamado ¨Roridomyces¨¨austrororidus ¨:   además es un tipo de hongos que se ha encontrado en el país vecino de ¨Chile¨, y en las mismas condiciones que halle este hongo, es ahí donde radica mi certeza

As I was not sure on what surface the fungus developed, I approached and very carefully took the trunk with my hands. Doing this in the middle of the forest is very dangerous, given that under the trunks we do not know what danger we may encounter. Now that I have the trunk in my hands, I would dare say that it is a type of mushroom called ¨Roridomyces¨¨austrororidus ¨:   It is also a type of mushroom that has been found in the neighboring country of "Chile", and in the same conditions that I found this mushroom, that is where my certainty lies


Hice esta última toma para que puedan apreciar la forma selvática del predio, y la magnitud del tamaño del hongo. No hace falta mencionar que me encanta salir a buscar hongos después de que haya llovido, el clima esta más fresco y es mucho más agradable para caminar en la reserva. No se dan una idea de lo feliz que me hace al descubrir especie de hongos que antes no había vistos. Como pueden ver, este hongo tiene un hermoso ¨sombrero¨, sus ¨branquias¨ son tiernas, y en su ¨tallo¨ no se identifica que tenga ¨anillo¨ Que genial llevar nuestra cámara ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ al predio y hacer tomas a las variedades de hongos que vamos descubriendo en mi ciudad

I took this last shot so that you can appreciate the jungle shape of the property, and the magnitude of the size of the mushroom. Needless to say, I love going out mushroom hunting after it has rained, the weather is cooler and it is much more pleasant to walk in the reserve. You have no idea how happy it makes me to discover species of mushrooms that I had not seen before. As you can see, this mushroom has a beautiful "cap", its "gills" are tender, and its "stem" does not identify that it has a "ring". How great to take our camera "nikoncoolpixb500" to the property and take shots of the varieties of mushrooms that we are discovering in my city

Fue genial y divertido dar con este hongo, y lo mejor de todo es que es la primera vez que vemos uno igual. Es lo que me gusta de buscar hongos

Blessing of rain arrived over us once again last night, will have to look to see if any fungi pops up in a day or two. Wonderful when one start to recognize places to find identification, although never picking to eat it's simply a learning curve.

Thanks for sharing your find and enjoy the cooler weather for a couple of days, I know I will!

I find it also a little bit difficult to find the name of mushroom, because they tend to be similar to one another, and the threat they pose when we mistakenly identifying them can be a little bit scary.

You have to be very careful when identifying them, especially if you want to prepare a recipe with them, you have to be 100% sure before consuming
