Chasing shadows in a constantly evolving city (Es-Eng)

Si no hubiera preparado la selección de imágenes de reflejos y sombras el día de ayer, hoy estaría sorprendido de que ya sea lunes, los días pasan tan rápidos que uno se pierde en los días en que vive. Hoy es lunes, día en que visito a esta maravillosa ¨ShadowHuntersCommunity¨:  para participar de este maravilloso ¨ShadowHuntersContest¨:  y compartir con todos los amantes de las sombras nuestra cacería semanal.

If I had not prepared the selection of images of reflections and shadows yesterday, today I would be surprised that it is already Monday, the days go by so fast that one gets lost in the days when lives. Today is Monday, the day I visit this wonderful ¨ShadowHuntersCommunity¨:  to participate from this wonderful ¨ShadowHuntersContest¨:  and share with all the shadow lovers our weekly hunt.

La intención de este post no es confundirlos, dado que en anteriores les mencione de la mala situación económica que transita nuestra provincia. Estas imágenes muestran algunas excepciones, que a pesar de la mala situación, hay empresarios correntinos que siguen apostando al crecimiento de la ciudad, y la verdad que es una decisión muy acertada, ya que la provincia pese a la situación sigue creciendo a nivel poblacional, al ser una ciudad turística y con el cambio favorable a quienes nos visitan, es muy seguro que el turismo va a necesitar emprendimientos hoteleros para hospedar a todos los forasteros que decidan pasar unos días excepcionales en nuestra ciudad

The intention of this post is not to confuse you, since in previous ones I mentioned the bad economic situation that our province is going through. These images show some exceptions, that despite the bad situation, there are businessmen from Corrientes who continue to bet on the growth of the city, and the truth is that it is a very wise decision, since the province continues to grow at the population level despite the situation. Being a tourist city and with the favorable change for those who visit us, it is very sure that tourism will need hotel ventures to accommodate all foreigners who decide to spend a few exceptional days in our city

Otra situación que demanda más inversión inmobiliaria, es la reputación de las universidades de aquí. Cada vez son más los universitarios que llegan desde el interior de la provincia, de ciudades o países limítrofes que necesitan lugares en donde hospedarse mientras cursan sus estudios, sin mencionar los residentes egresados de las universidades, que apuestan a una ciudad hermosa, tranquila en donde vivir y desarrollarse profesionalmente

Another situation that demands more real estate investment is the reputation of the universities here. There are more and more university students arriving from the interior of the province, from neighboring cities or countries who need places to stay while they study, not to mention residents who have graduated from universities, who bet on a beautiful, quiet city where live and develop professionally

Estas imágenes no son recientes, estas hemos tomado en una de esas tantas visitas que hacemos a nuestra ciudad, y como siempre les menciono, la ciudad es el lugar ideal para aquellos que nos encanta hacer fotografías de proyecciones de sombras. A lo largo de ella hay muchos artilugios como objetos decorativos que a la hora y posición adecuada nos obsequian bellas sombras, otras sombras que comúnmente vemos al caminar por las calles céntricas, son las de los grandes arboles que ornamenta los paseos correntinos. En esta oportunidad, y al pasar por esta mega obra en construcción no pudimos evitar ver las diferentes sombras que se proyectan sobre el frente de la construcción, como las sombras de los obreros que trabajan en las alturas

These images are not recent, we have taken them on one of those many visits we make to our city, and as I always mention, the city is the ideal place for those of us who love to take pictures of shadow projections. Throughout it there are many gadgets such as decorative objects that at the right time and position give us beautiful shadows, other shadows that we commonly see when walking through the central streets are those of the large trees that adorn the Corrientes promenades. On this occasion, and when passing through this mega construction site, we could not help but see the different shadows that are projected on the front of the construction, like the shadows of the workers who work at heights

Esto es lo bueno de vivir en una ciudad soleada, que mientras caminas por sus calles, hay innumerables manifestaciones de sombras, solo hay que estar atentos para cazarlos.
