After a hectic day of celebration, a day of relaxation comes in handy (¨ShadowHunters¨)

Hola mis amigos de esta maravillosa ¨ShadowHuntersCommunity¨:  Tal como les había comentado en el ¨post¨:  de la semana pasada, este es un mes de muchas celebraciones. Hace unos días, el 12 por la noche hicimos una celebración en la distancia por el cumpleaños de mi hijo Iván, mi hijo mayo, el sábado celebramos la visita de mama, y ayer homenajeamos a todas las madres de mi familia. A diferencia de otros años que acostumbramos cocinar asado a la parrilla, en esta ocasión preparamos un exquisito arroz con pollo, estén atentos proto voy a subir un post con la receta y la preparación.

Hello my friends of this wonderful ¨ShadowHuntersCommunity¨:  As I had told you in the ¨post¨:  from last week, this is a month of many celebrations. A few days ago, on the night of the 12th, we had a distant celebration for the birthday of my son Iván, my son May, on Saturday we celebrated mom's visit, and yesterday we honored all the mothers in my family. Después de tantas celebraciones, ¨carbohidratos¨, dulces y bebidas ¨alcohólicas¨, era muy necesario una gran caminata para eliminar los excesos del fin de semana, si bien, hoy es un día feriado y en muchas casas continúan las celebraciones, nosotros tenemos que hacer ¨vida¨¨sana¨, ya que el día viernes próximo festejaremos el cumpleaños del novio de mi hija ¨Brenda¨. Después de días intensos como estos, es recomendable una seguidilla de caminatas para eliminar el exceso de grasa, y mantener el ¨estado¨¨físico¨ y la buena salud

Mientras caminaba por los senderos de la reserva natural, disfrutando del murmullo de la naturaleza, me fue imposible no recordar el concurso de sombra, ante tantas cantidades de sombras proyectadas por la naturaleza

Sin pensar, y me hubiera gustado decir que este había sido un paseo planificado para salir a ¨cazar¨¨sombras¨, no fue así, y si lo dijera estaría faltando a la verdad, y la verdad es que a mi me gustan las cosas no planificadas, me encantan ser espontaneo e ir tomado decisiones sobre la marcha, lo que nunca dejo librado al azar en mi cámara fotográfica, este siempre va en mi compañía, como si llevarla con nosotros es una planificación. Nunca salgo sin mi cámara, ya que uno nunca sabe cuándo va estar frente de algo realmente hermoso para fotografiar

Al final del sendero me esperaba una hermosa pradera, y mentiría si no digo que al ver estas pequeñas flores me recordaron los momentos felices que viví en aquel barrio de mi infancia. La ¨celebración¨ del ¨día¨ de la ¨madre¨ se extendió hasta alta horas de la noche, nos sentamos a cenar bajo las ramas del árbol de paraíso que tengo en el fondo de casa, y fue cuando hacíamos la sobre mesa, es que vi a la luna entre las hojas y las ramas del árbol. Hasta la edición de la imagen que hice hoy no me había dado cuenta como proyectaban sombras las ramas sobre la imagen de la luna, ideal para el desafío del ¨ShadowHuntersContest¨:  Todas las imágenes que les enseño en esta ocasión las hicimos con nuestra ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨

I admire the love and togetherness of families like yours. What a wonderful week it must have been. I do understand the need to wind down and what a better way than to walk in beautiful nature. I would love to take a stroll in that place.

si era muy necesario una caminata urgente, mas por mi estado de salud, hice muchas cosas que no debia hacer, y necesuiaba volver a equilibrar un poco, hoy me tome el indice del azucar y esta en los rangos normales, ahora solo resta trabajar un poco con el sobre peso, por mis problemas de las hernias de discos
