The people around me ask, why do you switch off your last seen, turn off your read receipts, got a setting that doesn't let people see if you've read a message cause it would only single tick, why do you want to disappear from the earth, Tess?

It's always hard to let them know that I love them and if they ever need me to be there for them, I will do my very best to be there. But I find constant communication exhausting. Extremely exhausting. I simply can't keep up.

Have I lost a lot of people, yeah. Am I tired of apologizing and promising to do better, also yeah. So it is what it is.
