Dear @flaxz and others in the I am alive tribe. I would like to thank you (I think) for this attention, but
- I have NO IDEA what it means to "Burn Alive Tokens"
ALIVE Burning Contest, with prizes of ALIVEM that we stake to the 4 winners accounts, 3 random winners and 1 winner with the most accumulated tickets, and you promote your posts in our tribe interface to burn ALIVE tokens and take part in next weeks contest,
To my knowledge and memory (but remember I'm getting old[er]) I have never participated in any burning contest (I really dislike contests in general) I don't think I've ever promoted one of my posts, I KNOW I've never been to the tribe interface.
I KNOW I've never participated in any alive chat (I dislike chat, in general. If I have a question, I will ask and hope for an answer.
Not chat.
If I see someone ask a question which I think I may help answer, I will.
Again, that is not chat.
Yet you mention me every week. I just don't understand. Have a great rest of your week.

Thanks, but it still doesn't explain what "Burn Alive Tokens" means. Sounds rather unpleasant to me ha ha ha
Burning is done when sending tokens to @null, and to promote your post while burning then the post link is in the memo, using the promote button in our tribe interface adds that memo automatically, so it's the easy way to promote a post and get it right.

Thanks, but therein lies two questions. First why am I burning it instead of spending/using it. Second,
WHERE IS IT NOW? I have a Hive wallet that does not show any $alive in there.
I don't transact on any other platforms, so sending me $.o1 ALIVE is a waste, as I can't see it therefore can't use it.

Like I said you earned a post promotion a few weeks back so the tribe burned them for you.
And as to seeing your ALIVE tokens just view your Hive-engine wallet, here is the link in PeakD, https://peakd.com/@jerrytsuseer/wallet/hive-engine
Scroll down and click the link marked below to reveal all tokens.
Then you will see your ALIVE tokens quite close to the top in the list.
And if you go down you see all transactions, including that you earn tokens on your ALIVE stake.
Hive-engine is on Hive, all transactions you make on Hive-engine is sent to the Hive blockchain by you, from a technical perspective Hive-engine is a sidechain to Hive, but you can not send transactions to the Hive-engine sidechain, you send all transactions to Hive and the Hive-engine sidechain then picks up those transactions and include them in the sidechain.
And as to different Hive interfaces, like hive.blog, peakd, ecency, leofinance, wearealiveand.social, or any other Hive or Hive tribe interfaces with their own doamain all uses the Hive blockchain itself as the database, all content is the same everywhere, the only difference is that tribes only show Hive content that is using that tribes tag.

Okay thanks. None of your images showed up, so I got no help there.
And ecency just said it couldn't upload my screen shot. This has been a very pissy 24 hrs (nothing to do with you)
I know about HE, and I check there from time to time to see if there is anything worth converting to Hive and sending to my HIVE wallet.
Futile effort most times.
I only use Peakd and ecency for posting, more Peakd than anything else. I don't use any of the other things.

The screenshots will show in PeakD, Ecency is having a lot of issues with their image server, and have for quite some time now.
