We finally got rain! After a number of very dry days, we got rain. l can almost hear the plants praising the God of Heaven for a long awaited drought.

We pruned our coffee tree today. It has been indoors and isn't producing any coffee cherries, so we are taking drastic action. We chopped most of it off, so it can regrow new branches and leaves.

It looks funny having most of the branches and leaves removed, but we are confident that in a few months it will be a very happy tree.

Lots of fertilizer and generous water will cause this tree to bounce back better than ever!
